We had the most wonderful stay at Leif's home. Then home itself was amazing; it was enormous, beds were comfy, and it had everything you would ever need. There was so much attention to detail I felt pampered. Especially the breakfast of bacon, eggs, and juice! Sitting on the balcony was a joy and the hot tub was wonderIful. If you are needing a place to relax the surroundings are pristine and the only noise you will have is a deer or two walking by the window. Words just cant express what a hidden gem this home is. We spent 10 days there and can't wait to book to go back. I would highly recommend Leif's home to anyone who wants a memorable homey experience. 5+ stars!!!!

Great place about 30 minutes from South Lake. Private beach area alongside the River, the Hot tub worked great, the host was very responsive, we didn’t have any issues and would recommend staying here.

We rented Sharen’s place for a family weekend with 7 guests. Check in was easy. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The additional bunkhouses were great. We felt right at home. We easily cooked all meals in the stocked kitchen. The house is next to the lake and the fishing was incredible! We couldn’t believe how many fish we caught, including several good sized bass. We spent most of our time by the lake and met some very friendly neighbors. Note: bring bug spray. I would’ve stayed an extra week if I could have. Definitely deserves the title of Guest Favorite.

Great place to relax and get away for a few days. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the forest. The pool table and cornhole games were great to have. The WiFi was also very fast. There were plenty of beds and space for everyone in our group to have space and enjoy themselves.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Memorial Day weekend at Willow's place. The amenities were perfect for our stay with plenty of space for us all to feel comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, we enjoyed eating meals in the lovely dining area, as well as barbecuing and eating dinner outdoors under the gazebo. We even found an opportunity to take a soak in the hot tub. The location was desirable - close to several restaurants and stores. While in the area, members of our party enjoyed rafting down the American River, hiking to the waterfall in Sly Park, wine tasting, golfing, lunch at a brewery in Placerville, and take-out from the nearby pizza place which was actually quite tasty. We also appreciated the excellent communication between the host. We'd love to go back in the future - Pollack Pines has so much to see and do and Willow's place has all the comforts anyone could ever ask for!

There was a variety of snacks that were left for us, which was very appreciated. Also the hot tub was the star of the show! The place is clan and it comes with everything that I could think of. Highly recommend.

Just wrapped up a stay at the Treehouse Chalet and honestly, didn’t want to leave. The place is tucked away just enough to feel like a true escape, but still close to town if you need anything. Waking up surrounded by trees, sipping coffee on the deck, and theres a hot tub if you choose to relax in it. everything we needed was easily located The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. You can tell the host actually cares. Hot tub was spotless, beds were comfy, and everything worked like it should. Bonus points for the peaceful vibe and solid privacy. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The hot tub was particularly relaxing, and our family had an excellent time. The residence was spotless and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The location is convenient, with several wineries nearby and approximately a 15-minute drive to Black Chasm Cavern. I would highly recommend this property as a excellent choice for families.

We had an amazing experience at the cabin. The views were breath taking and it truly made for a relaxing weekend. It was very kid friendly and there was so much to do related to being outdoors. The hosts were very accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

A Perfect Stay! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the seamless check-in process and Maria’s warm hospitality. The space was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions like Jenkins lake. I especially appreciated the private location of the house, its views, and all the games there. Communication with Maria was prompt and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I can’t wait to return!

We took our oldest daughter, her husband and 2 year old grandson to "Amber Cabin" for a short and close to home vacay. The cabin did not disappoint!! Really cute, quaint, clean and well set up for a visiting family! plenty of room to play with little ones, as well as little nooks and areas for the adults to talk and connect. Traveling with teens or young adults? Amber Cabin is perfect!! A large studio apartment type room above the garage/game room that they can stay in while older adults in the main house are still able to monitor them. Everything was very well thought out for guests, and the home was warm and inviting. The hot tub was a magical bonus to help melt the stress of city life away, and the host is kind enough to provide towels for you if you happen to leave your's at home. Great little place with a charming little backstory on how it was obtained. The details of that 40 year old dream that came to life are there for you to read during your stay. Truly a great time!

We had a wonderful time at Kennan’s property! Even though it was raining we were able to take an awesome hike to Lovers Leap. We were also fortunate to be here for the opening of the adorable coffee shop and bar just down the road! (Walking distance). We lived the kitchen table for playing our favorite board games. And they even had a great selection of games to choose from! The beds were very comfortable. We would stay again!

Barry was a great host! He was very accommodating and very responsive. The cabin itself was very clean, cozy and had plenty of space. The location was very easy to find and check in was a breeze. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area - it was nearby great hiking trails and river access.

We had a great stay at Robert’s place! Great location close to all the businesses in Foresthill. The cabin was clean and cozy and nicely decorated, we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Foresthill!

This stay was absolutely marvelous. Coming from San Francisco and being able to escape the city into this beautiful oasis was nothing short of magical. Madison was extremely responsive before and during my stay. She gave me local recommendations and assisted with all my questions (how do I turn the fan on? Lol). I was tempted to gate-keep this spot because of how gorgeous it is, but it deserves to be seen and experienced by many! The patio had amazing views - I sat out there with the propane fire pit on and a glass of wine. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my puppy. Literally everything was perfect and I plan on returning.

The communication with Thoung was very easy, she is very helpful! The cabin is cozy with a small fireplace. Downstairs has a queen bed, a separate bathroom, and a bunk bed. There is a strong smell downstairs, so it’s not ideal if you’re sensitive. The upstairs master bedroom is spacious. Very quiet location with a nice deck for eating outside.

Shannon’s place was lovely. Great space indoors and out for 4-6 people and our huskies. Beautiful redwoods in the yard and visits by turkey and deer. Close driving distance to restaurants. Shannon’s place is very well equipped with anything you would want or need for dining, sleeping and relaxing. I always appreciate a property that feels like someone’s home rather than a hotel. Shannon’s place was exactly that. Shannon is a very responsive, communicative and helpful host! I should add that there are great vineyards and the lovely Sly Park nearby that we weren’t able to explore because we were in the area for a graduation in El Dorado . We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay with our dog. The home is a peaceful and quiet escape from the busy pace of everyday life. Surrounded by wilderness, it offered a great chance to disconnect and unwind. We even spotted a few deer in the late evening and early morning, which was such a wonderful experience! Just a couple of minor things to note: the bathroom sink was a bit farther than my wife liking due to height, and the bath towels could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise, everything was great, and we truly appreciated the serene atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

The cabin was absolutely adorable. It has a super homey feeling, and super comfy. The stove is definitely the highlight of this place! The washer and dryer were super helpful! Cozy beds and towels as well.
