Stay was very good and hygeine. The security at the place was very attendive and helpful. She even arranged us transport and helped us with early check-in ( since room was available 1 hour before). It is very nearby the aiport and it took 70000 vietnam dong for us. Very friendly host and great recommendation

In a country that's a minefield of misrepresented listings with fake reviews, Hong's properties are the real deal and stand above it all. Easily the best place I've stayed in Vietnam, at any time during my 10+ years of traveling here. Clean, comfortable, professional, well-organized, and an excellent value. Location was great too- quiet in a little side street, close to the airport, cafes and a few restaurants. Bed was comfortable, check-in was seamless, AC was good, kitchen well set up, sofa was basic but comfortable, TV good. Great stay all around. Will definitely stay again!

Det var en god opplevelse for oss. Mai er en flott dame og veldig hyggelig Vi fikk også var med på avslutningsfest. Det var gøy og koselig å bli invitert, møtes ny folk, god mat og gøy med karaoke. Anbefales på det varmeste.

門口有一間在地河粉，當早餐還不錯，還有一間烤肉的店，味道很香！也美味 地點方便而且不吵鬧，離機場車程也不遠 房東有耐心且和善，積極的協助房客的問題，室內佈置很溫馨，許多植物，又有可愛的廚房可以使用

A cute little studio but well equipped with a kitchen, microwave and fridge. The location of the place is 5-star with nice surroundings. Easy to commute to center and airport.

Kates Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ihre Eltern haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir hatten unseren 8 Monate alten Sohn dabei und baten um einen früheren Check-in da wir schon um 7 Uhr angekommen sind. Es hat wunderbar geklappt. Bei jeglichen Fragen waren Kates Eltern sehr Hilfreich. In unmittelbare Nähe ist ein toller Park und gefühlt überall tolle Essmöglichleiten, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Flughafen ist quasi nebenan. Wir werden wieder kommen. Grüße Tan und Familie

My group & I had a wonderful stay at Le’s Apt. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was in a safe neighborhood and had many great restaurants and coffee shops as well. There is a rooftop pool and a gym as well. Thank you Le!

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Our group of 5 stayed here for two nights. It’s directly across the bridge from District 1, super convenient location to get to all the main attractions. Spacious living room and kitchen, but didn’t really use it since we ate out most days or GRAB for meals. Floors were a little dusty, and no extra blankets. So if your group needs it, request for it ahead of time.

Alojamiento impecable. Limpio y camas muy cómodas. utensilios de cocina necesaruis para cocinar. Habitaciones amplias. el detalle de la piscina en la azotea es una maravilla. para relajarse despues de visitar la ciudad y hacer diferentes tours. Dueño muy amable, responde rápido a cualquier cosulta y pregunta que tengas sobre la zona o el alojamiento. sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos en el mismo sitio si volvemos a Ho Chi Minh.

Very comfortable flat. It was easy to find and taxis were easily available to go to our destinations. Le was slightly flexible with his check in and check out timings which helped us. There are good restaurants nearby as well. Enjoyed our stay there.

Great location. The apartment was very comfortable. Has a family mart and coffee shop nearby. Very convenient.
