We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Cozy home just a stone's throw from the walls of Città di Castello, very convenient indoor parking. The house is very clean and functional, Laura welcomed us in person despite the torrential rain. The pie she made for us for breakfast was also excellent. Great experience.

We were greeted super warmly by Lorenzo's Mama Alba. The apartment even exceeded their pictures. Really very very nice and so comfortable. Has everything you need. Wonderful location and sensational atmosphere. Lorenzo's numerous tips were all gold value and we were able to enjoy Tuscan cuisine every day. The small town of Anghiari is fantastic, a really beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany. Everything worked out great, from the communication with Lorenzo to the " daily care" by Alba. We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

I had a really good time in Gabriele's spacious and clean apartment. The house is as pictured. Everything you need for a quiet holiday. The comfortable bed for a restful sleep. The terrace is beautiful, although I used it little because it rained. I really enjoyed the reserved parking space.☺️ The sea is within walking distance 😻 Gabriele was always there with messages and was able to respond quickly to my questions. He's a great host. I'll be happy to come back. I recommend it with all my heart.

The apartment is just the right size has everything you need. Not having AC is no problem as it has fans and an outdoor patio that is shaded most of the day. There are insect screens on the windows so we could have the windows open overnight. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The shower is a bit dimmed to use, but to take a normal shower. The sea is very close as well as many restaurants, shop and bakery. The city center is 10 minutes away by bus that goes very often. Overall we had a great time.

Nicole was a very welcoming and patient host (due to traffic, unfortunately, we arrived a couple of hours late compared to the agreed time). The house is very nice and well-kept: a spacious bedroom with a wardrobe, an additional very large six-door wardrobe in the hallway, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, 2 well-lit balconies, a bathroom with a washing machine and a floor shower in the center of the room delimited by curtains. The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the Gelso park and close to the sea (walkable in 5-10 minutes). It is well served and with free parking nearby. Ideal for families. Highly recommended.

The stay at Mario's place was very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the fact that there was the possibility of a really flexible check-in and check-out and also the excellent communication. Really recommended apartment in a beautiful area for mountain walks.

Good apartment to explore Rimini and surrounding areas for a few days. I didn't miss anything in the apartment. Great location right on the beach, bus stop (to the train station to the city center) also nearby. The possibility to rent bicycles is particularly good.

4 days of true peace, finding this apartment was a real luck, the owners were very kind and always available ,in the house there was everything you need, impeccable cleanliness, great location also to get around on foot. To be done again 1000 times. Thank you!

Luca is very nice and responded quickly to our messages. Check-in was also totally straightforward. Luca's apartment is very spacious and there are plenty of closets. The kitchen is well equipped - a few sharper knives would be good, otherwise we hardly missed anything. The beds are comfortable, the decor modern. It is also nice that there is a private parking space and a small balcony. The sea is about 10 minutes' walk away, which was also easy with our children. We felt very comfortable!

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)

We stayed a few days in Yuri's apartment and we had a great time, it was just a shame to have to leave! The house is suitable for three people, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom clean and equipped with spare linens. There is no air conditioning but you did not miss it, despite the heat of August. Access to the free beach is very convenient and in front of the house. Yuri was super helpful right away and gave us a lot of tips on beaches, places to visit, and directions to neighboring activities. He also left us two bicycles, very useful for small trips! I also really appreciated the tip on tuna tartare (special!) they do in the restaurant that is right next to the house! We hope to be back next year!
