The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. Six of us were on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary car repair. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also great - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. Excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, spare towels, air conditioning in both rooms. Super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really excellent attention. It has mosquito nets. In the laundry area, I found everything I needed for cleaning, a new broom, new sponges, laundry detergent, fabric softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. Super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Unobtrusive and really very professional. A positive note also for the Lido delle Sirene!

Great location, very tidy and beautiful apartment. The room temperature is just right, and the room is very artistic. Check-in and check-out were very convenient, communication with the host was very smooth, and he responded quickly! Great!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

Mrs. Carla was more than just a Host, she was always helpful. My shoes broke and she wanted to drive me to buy new ones. Very sweet and available. The house is perfect as described. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful house, scenic and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of games and things to do as a family. Maybe the best part was having pizza night with Ana and Franco which was arranged by Alberto. Just loved this spot!

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Beautiful place, wonderful family. My dad and I stopped, just one night to sleep and then, the next day, we left early, and in any case, we met Roberto and his son and they are wonderful people. They were very clear in giving directions on how to get to the house in the countryside and they were also very kind and helpful with every request. They know the area well, and if you want to visit Ancona and its surroundings, they can recommend the best places. The house is clean and tidy, and the area is very beautiful from an aesthetic point of view, a perfect place to relax (we even saw fireflies). If you have to stay in a place near Ancona, this is the best!

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. The perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Great accommodation in a typical Italian village. Quiet with fantastic views. Pizzeria 50 meters away. Centrally located between mountains and sea.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! Giovanna and her husband were very welcoming and super helpful, we felt right at home! The accommodation is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you could need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, with easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love being in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Chiara is a very responsive and kind host, we had a very good time in the apartment which was clean and matched the photos shown. Convenient for walking and two minutes from the center of Macerata, he also gave us great tips on where to eat in the area that were much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.
