Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

The B&B Gulliver is a brand new apartment, opened in May 2023 and renovated in a modern style. The location is central, in fact it is 3 minutes walk from the sea, 7 minutes on foot from the historic center and 15 minutes on foot from the station. The space is very bright and cozy and the environment has everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The area consists of residential villas with lots of greenery around. You can safely park in front of the entrance door (for a fee from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, free on holidays) or in the nearby free parking lot of San Decenzio located 550 meters away.
