Staying in the tower was an amazing experience. You can feel the history of this place. The surrounding is very well maintained with beautiful and peaceful garden with typical Tuscan flora. You can find everything that is needed for your stay. Renato was friendly and helpful.

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Our stay at this medieval castle was truly unforgettable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when our car had mechanical issues. The back terrace offered breathtaking views, and the serenity of the location made it the perfect retreat, far from any hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Living in a medieval castle was an incomparable experience, and we loved the friendly visits from Pepita, the dog. The only minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply for six people, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

An absolutely fantastic stay – it couldn't have been better! We are absolutely thrilled with this accommodation! Upon arrival, we were greeted with so much cordiality that we felt at home from the first moment. The host is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful – you can immediately tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The accommodation itself was a real feel-good place: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could wish for. We all felt completely comfortable and would have preferred not to leave at all. Thank you so much for this wonderful time – we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect to unwind. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge fenced garden where our dog could jump around – a real dog paradise! The hostess was very warm and even put a few small things in the fridge for us – a nice gesture! The kitchen equipment was great, it really had everything you need. A highlight was also the chickens – fresh eggs for breakfast directly from the garden once they have laid some. The view is fantastic, there is plenty to do in the area, and good restaurants are also not far away. We would definitely go back and can only recommend it.

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

Beautiful renovated villa consisting of an apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and another small apartment facing the street. We stayed in the big one. Each of the two real estate units has its own private outdoor space. Very clean house, extremely bright thanks to the skylights, close to the sea, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Kitchen equipped with everything. Great and kind welcome. If I really have to find a flaw: I would have liked a minimum supply of at least detergents, soaps, etc. (that's how we do it in the mountains...), but I still gave 5 stars because it deserves it!!!!

It was an amazing stay at Stefanias apartment, we really enjoyed the surrounding of the mountains. It was perfect to relax and chill at the pool with a great view and also to explore Fabriano and Frasassi area. There was nothing we missed, the multiple bathrooms were really great for staying with friends. We would really recommend to stay there.

Very nice, spacious apartment with all the amenities and full equipment. Guaranteed parking space in an underground garage (steep driveway only and harder by car). Located close to a wide beach. There's a place to walk on a long coast or a promenade with many bars, restaurants, and shops. We were out of season, so any beachfront experiences were closed. Lots of playgrounds with small pools for the little ones. If someone likes the hustle and bustle of a seaside town, this place guarantees, of course, in high season.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! Giovanna and her husband were very welcoming and super helpful, we felt right at home! The accommodation is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you could need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, with easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love being in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

Giorgio and Monica are the best hosts we have ever had. We were a group of four, travelling for a friends wedding. They went above and beyond for us. We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We had an awesome time at Lucy's and Tommy's, the house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The garden and surroundings are amazing, very peaceful and inspiring. Lucy and Tommy are great hosts who provided very helpful recommendations for off-the-beaten-track activities.

Fantastic house in a stunning location, you do need the SUV car, but worth the drive. The pool is a good size with wonderful views. The house was very well equipped, comfortable beds and a bathroom for each room. We would love to return.

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.
