La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. The pool is filled with saltwater and large enough for taking a proper morning swim - 10 m x 4 and 1.5 m deep (Nb consider if suitable for small children). 500 m from the house you will find the nearest ristorante and pizzeria, and 2.5 km a nice village with all the necessities like supermarkets, butcher, piazza with bars, restaurants, fashion shops. Famous towns as Assisi, Perugia, Montefalco, Spoleto are all nearby.
