Abbiamo passato un eccellente soggiorno con nostro figlio e i miei genitori nell'appartamento di Valentina. L'accoglienza è impeccabile, Valentina è molto gentile e attenta a dare tutte le informazioni utili per rendere la tua vacanza il più piacevole possibile.L'appartamento pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per cucinare.Dispone di un grande giardino con piscina comune.. Indomma un posto paradisiaco! Speriamo tornare presto!Raccomandabile al 100%

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carla’s. She met us at the mini-metro stop and walked us to the apartment. She gave us a tour and answered all questions. The recommendations she provided were spot on. The house was loaded with extra goodies and water and the location is really unbeatable. The back patio is breathtaking to watch the fog in the valley in the mornings. Stay here if you get a chance and enjoy what it would be like to be a local.

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questo piccolo ma accogliente alloggio con molto piacere. Gentilissimi Fabio e Monica, pronti sempre a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda e necessità. La quiete della casa e del paese è stata ideale per farci rilassare in un periodo di stress. Spello come sempre deliziosa e i dintorni tutti da visitare sempre con piacere. Come sempre siamo tornati a casa con il cuore in pace (e il bagagliaio pieno di olio, legumi, cereali e vini 🫣🤣). Anche Polly, la nostra cagnolina 12enne ha gradito molto il soggiorno. Speriamo di tornare presto!♥️

Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni con la mia numerosa famiglia presso questo appartamento e siamo stati benissimo. Ampi spazi, arredati con stile, la signora Maria Teresa molto attenta e disponibile. Ottima posizione. Consiglio vivamente

L’Host Nicola è molto disponibile. La casa si presenta nel centro del borgo di Castiglione. A 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il lago e nel centro ci sono trattorie e negozi con prodotti locali. Indicazioni chiare per check in e check out e accoglienza con cialde per caffè comprese nel prezzo

Claudio's place was immaculate! I've never seen an Airbnb that was this clean and well thought out for this purpose. There was plenty of room for the two of us with space available to store our travel things for the week we were there. Claudio was very thorough in explaining how things worked and where things were located and also included notes here and there with how to deal with the trash, heating/cooling system and check out. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets to use as needed. As with most Italian bathrooms, the shower was a little small for those of larger stature, but it functioned well and the amount of hot water available was plenty for 2 people to be able to shower one right after the other. Claudio also left some wonderful welcome snacks, water, wine and had the kitchen stocked with all the necessary basics for making meals at home. He even had both Italian and American coffee available with the appropriate tools for preparation.

La casa del signor Bård Borch è in una zona centralissima di Perugia con tutte le attrazioni a due minuti di piacevole passeggiata, ma è anche un posto silenzioso per riposare in tranquillità. Restaurata da poco, è curata nei minimi dettagli e pulitissima. La co-host è stata eccellente, disponibile e con risposte immediate. Perfetto e raccomandato, grazie!

Casa immersa nel verde sui colli di Perugia, piccolina ma accogliente e completa di tutti i comfort. Il terrazzino è molto bello e con un bellissimo panorama. Alessandro e la compagna sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili. Sicuramente sa consigliare.

A sweet little place with a magical view of Assisi. Everything you need and an excellent location. Close to restaurants, supermarket and pilgrimage sites. Daniele provided excellent recommendations for dining.

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

L' appartamento di Marcus é in posizione perfetta, in pieno centro. Si trova al primo piano, due ampie camere da letto, cucina perfettamente attrezzata completa di forno e di lavastoviglie, bagno cieco, ma funzioale. Perugia si é rivelata una località perfetta, anche per visitare altre mete quali Assisi, Spoleto e dintorni. Marcus é stato sempre gentile e disponibile.

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Il posto è esattamente come descritto se non meglio, lo stesso vale per gli host. La permanenza è stata piacevolissima. A 10 minuti d’auto da Gubbio, l’ageiturismo è un posto vivo ma molto tranquillo. Ottima cura degli interni ma anche di tutto l’esterno.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Un’oasi di pace nelle colline umbre, circondata da ulivi, campagna e boschi. La casa super cozy, ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno per scoprire i dintorni oppure per il riposo: è dotata di tutto quello che serve e arredata molto bene. Daniela super disponibile e reattiva. Una menzione anche a Nazareno, il custode del borgo: una persona ospitale che ci ha raccontato la storia del borgo e dato consigli sulla zona. Ci torneremmo subito!

Het was geweldig! Ilario is de perfecte gastheer, er zijn geweldige restaurants in de buurt en de omgeving is heerlijk rustig.

location molto carina... raggiungibile per quanto riguarda le località turistiche Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. consigliamo vivamente per chi voglia passare un weekend in assoluta tranquillità per non dire poi della piscina a completa disposizione. consiglio vivamente per chi voglia passare uno splendido weekend Grazie ancora prenderemo in considerazione nel caso in cui volessimo ritornarci.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.
