Small studio flat in the city center

Charming small holiday apartment with mansard roof, in the historic city center of Périgueux next to the Cathedral Saint front, very close to the museums, the traditional market, stores, bars, restaurants, and cafés. Only a few steps away from the flat, the beautiful green way along the river (cycling, hiking or canoeing). The studio is on the 3d floor (no lift and via an old staircase). The nearest car parks are :Place Mauvard or Place Faidherbe, less than 5 minutes’ walk away.

Welcome to the heart of Perigueux. Studio on the 4th floor under very bright attic, completely renovated and fully equipped. You will find all the comforts you need to enjoy a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, linens, Nespresso…). You have a king size bed or 2 beds of 90 as well as a sofa bed (quality mattress) and a heater (on request). The stairs are narrow and period. In case of rental for 2, bedding will be provided for 1 bed. On request, the 2nd bed will be prepared (€10).
