Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

Lenore was hands down the best Airbnb hostess I’ve ever encountered and I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs. She was so helpful and when we did have a minor sliding door situation, she was QUICK to come smooth it out and because of that there was no major inconvenience! I really appreciated that since we did use the pool a lot. I love how clean the pool was and how many towels & kitchen supplies that she had already in there. Her beds & couch was super comfy! I will definitely be back.

this house was a beautiful home. Had everything we need. Had an one issue but Jaime was right on it and had somone out to fix it within a couple of hours. Jaime was very quick to respond. The pool was beautiful, we spent a lot of time there. Also my granddaughter found this little lizard, and she named him George. Johnie Huston bar and grill has great food and very close. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you so much Jamie for you hospitality.

My family enjoyed a much needed Spring Break at the pool and a beach day. It was a beautiful place to stay and the condo had everything we needed so you really don't have to bring a lot with you. It was a nice location right by stores and restaurants, we even enjoyed the Grill at the Tiki bar which had some decent entertainment and good food. Overal it was a great week and would definitely like to continue bringing my family here for years to come especially since the owners are so nice and communicative.

My family and I came down to vacation for the week. We were new to the Pensacola area. The property was perfect and the pictures matched the description! beautiful home, pool was perfect for lazy afternoons after a morning at the beach! (just a short quick drive to pensacola beach) had a great time and would stay here again if ever in the area!

Charles place was great! Very easy check in, very clean when we walked in and very spacious. We had 8 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all. Kitchen was very large and it was nice having pods for the keurig and also filters for the coffee pot. We thoroughly enjoyed the nice clean pool and having plenty of lounge chairs to hang out poolside. Very spacious yard for throwing the football or throw the frisbee, which my boys loved! We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends and hope to stay again in the near future!

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

My husband and I are “homebody’s” however we love to go on vacations! We spends lots of time looking at places and hoping we pick the right one for us! We LOVED this place, it was sooo cozy, in a home away from home vibe! Whatever we needed that we didn’t bring they had it covered. There was a fan in the house which was awesome as we are, sleep with the fan on people. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated and dream to use!! The kitchen was big and clean, and just beautiful!! Living room and couch was comfortable, had some throw blankets that could be used! We really felt at home and didn’t want to leave to our next destination after being here! Thank you for the enjoyable stay!!

We had a wonderful time! This house was amazing. A little drive from the beaches. It was perfect for us. The private pool was very much worth it. Just a short walk to the bay. Absolutely beautiful sunsets!!

We had an awesome weekend. The home is very comfortable and had everything that we needed and some things we didn't realize that we needed. The decor was very warm and added to the comfort. This location was a short drive to the Pensacola Bay Center and multiple restaurants and attractions. We indulged in multiple restaurants that were recommended by our hosts. Our pool day was very relaxing and peaceful. Overall we Loved It!!! We are planning to return with a larger group next visit. Thank you Michelle and James for the Awesome weekend! ❤️

Beautiful condo, clean and perfect location. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the bay watching the sunset and all of the boats coming in every evening. The pools were relaxing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Easy Instructions for check in and check out, very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back again!

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed this place. Pros: Private patio Easy beach access Laundry in the unit Full kitchen Cons: No restaurants or bars are really within walking distance Master bathroom area is a little tight and lacks vanity area due to a huge sink Cleaning fee was a bit steep Overall our stay was great. Will definitely come back. We extended our stay by an extra day which was a fairly smooth process.

Franziska’s townhouse was perfect for what we were looking for. It was located close to my folks house in Hidden Creek which made hanging with them and the rest of our family at their house super easy. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and will definitely consider Franziska’s place for the next times we stay.

Thanks for a great place for our family of 6. It was cute and quaint in terms of location. It was convenient and an efficient condo. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and some were walkable. Also, a quick drive to secluded beaches near nesting stations was beautiful. Ashley was a great communicative host.
