This centrally-located, ground-level unit in a low-density complex is a 5-minute walk to the beach using our private boardwalk directly across the street with a crossing light for safe, easy access. Stay cool in the pool or fish right in the backyard! Our lakefront view of the Gulf State Park will entertain - a visit from "Fred" (a local heron), maybe a glimpse of one of the park's alligators, but always the resident family of turtles.

Newly decorated Caribe condo is a dream! This condo is in building B on the 2nd floor (3rd because parking is below) & sleeps 8 comfortably. The new 65 inch tv is loaded with all the apps such as ESPN and Netflix. This kitchen has a new refrigerator and all the appliances and cookware needed! The resort has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, arcade, golf, a marina and a lazy river and cabanas. This is a boaters paradise! This unit also comes with 2 parking passes and additional parking if needed.

A spacious outdoor swimming pool is featured, surrounded by a concrete deck with sun loungers arranged neatly on one side. White buildings with balconies are visible in the background, and the clear blue sky reflects on the water's surface.
