Apartment vacation rentals in Pensacola

Definitely one of my favorites airbnbs! I loved walking in the morning to get coffee downtown Pensacola. It’s an easy walk downtown with a park between so you can even walk by the water. Definitely will book here when we visit next :)

Michelle was a great host! SUPER communicative, always helpful, and very cheerful. The only real quirk was the door lock. Once you lock the door it won’t let you unlock it again for about a minute. A bit frustrating if you remember you forgot something just after you lock the door, but not a big deal by any means. The space was clean, quiet, has great WiFi, close enough to beaches to be convenient but far enough away to avoid the tourist traffic. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance as well

Where do I begin! The Launch Pad was AMAZING! The night we arrived, there were fireworks from the ballpark which is a stones throw away. Watching from the rooftop afforded my family thee best view! The Launch Pad is a very easy walk to the world famous Joe Patti’s Seafood Market and several fantastic restaurants downtown. Johnathan was very quick with his responses and a phenomenal host. The Launch Pad is a short drive from the airport, 14 minutes and centrally located to most attractions in Pensacola. We will definitely return to the Launch Pad very soon. The area is safe with great views! Thank you Johnathan and Co, outstanding Airbnb!

Brandon’s place was as pictured. It was perfect for my little family. Easy check in and check out. Quiet little complex. We loved it.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay that is reasonably priced with a restaurant/bar with great food and service attached. Less than a minute walk to beautiful white quartz beach! Will definitely stay here again!

Anna’s place was great and close to Pensacola Beach without having to pay for Pensacola Beach. She was very responsive from booking my reservation. The condo was specious with a lot of room with everything that we needed. It was a great vacation and can’t wait to come back again! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location for multiple beaches and close to family we came in town to see. Wildlife in the backyard was great, lots of bird songs. We enjoyed the boat dock the most with our paddle board. We set up our portable hammock and spent most of our time outside. A new Publix just opened up near the house which was convenient. The space was small but cozy for the two of us! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful and as presented. Beautiful and sleek. Great getaway for two. Bay beach and pier right outside the back door.

We had a wonderful experience. The location was nice, it had a beautiful view of the beach, and it was clean. All of the little details, including the snacks and vinyl collection, were appreciated as well. Benton also let us check in a couple of hours early which was very convenient for us.

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Nelson is a great host, the house was perfect, and the location was so convenient to everything we did. We can’t wait to book this house again!

This was a great place to stay. Don’t be too concerned about the other reviews saying the shower entrance is too small. It’s not a standard American size shower entrance, but it really isn’t a tight squeeze. It was really great place to stay with my dog.

I just wanted to say the places was wonderful and the people that lives in the main house was wonderful people. They were great to my family and we loved the pool n we can’t forget about Mr.Kitty he was very friendly he has a great listening hear thanks for having us until next time

By far, this was one of the BEST and great times that we have had in any Airbnb thus far.. I will definitely be staying here again. The host were absolutely fantastic very nice and always responsive to all of our needs. Brian and his wife went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy comfortable and enjoyed our little mini Vacay I would recommend this 10/10

Funny enough we only stumbled upon this after our original Airbnb cancelled at another location due to urgent plumbing issues (and this happened to also be the only week available coincidentally, at Gina’s). We are so happy that ended up leading us to Gina’s retreat! We will most definitely return and book here. It was a perfect location and accurately described. We even decided to extend our trip a day just a few days before we were arriving. If you’re debating on booking, do it!!!🙂

We've stayed at numerous Airbnb places near Pensacola/Destin area in the past, and this place is the best place so far. Beth was very friendly and super fast at responding. Our family really enjoyed the private beach and also the pool at the condo. Really clean and comfortable bedding, kitchen supplies were all new and functional. Thank you again for providing such nice place for us to stay.

Our stay at Kathy Bell’s condo in Sans Souci Room 308 was absolutely amazing—truly better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Kathy was a great host and made everything seamless from start to finish. It was genuinely hard to pack up and leave when our vacation ended. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We’ve been coming to Orange Beach for over 20 years and always stay at Windward Pointe, but this was our first time in Diane’s unit and it was by far the best experience we’ve had! Not only did the condo have everything we needed, it had so much more. For the first time ever, I didn’t feel the need to bring a lot from home. There’s a closet stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, floats,even a little pool we brought for our grandbaby, which we left for the next guests to enjoy. The condo was also well-supplied with essentials: laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a cabinet full of seasonings and non-perishable items. There was even another closet with beach towels, sunscreen, and a first aid kit. It’s the first time we’ve stayed somewhere that keeps helpful items left by previous guests for the next ones,such a thoughtful and practical touch. We will definitely be booking Unit 1201 again next time. Thank you, Diane, for making our stay so comfortable.

Allison’s condo was beautifully decorated with good amenities. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, quick walks to the beach and a nice pool. She was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend :)

What a beautiful place to spend my vacation. Eric was wonderful and came right over when I couldn’t figure out the tv. You can tell he is the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone. The home is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and well stocked. We will be returning, God Willing.
