Beach condo vacation rentals in Pensacola

We had a minor issue with door code but we messaged Apryl & she took care of it within minutes. The beds including the daybed & pull out were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was well stocked & the knives were actually sharp! This was our first time doing a beach vacation & we loved the location. My kids loved that the fishing pier was so close & we loved that the beach was walkable & quiet - never too crowded. Sunrise/Sunset were gorgeous! Everyone we ran into was very friendly & Apryl was a great host, would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic condo and location!

We had a wonderful stay at Scott & Jill’s condo - everything was as described. Condo building is not too big and has super easy access to the beautiful emerald coast beach. Very laid back. The paved, multi-use path that runs parallel to Gulf Blvd is right across the street. The hosts are very welcoming and go above and beyond.

Perfect place! Loved the beach. Loved the location; directly across the street from store and food. Pool was clean. Loved the view! Would stay here again!!

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Beautiful view! Our stay was most enjoyable. The view of the bay was relaxing. All of the amenities Vanessa provided were above and beyond accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. It is just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks Vanessa!

We had a great time. This apartment is perfect and the view from the master bedroom and the balcony is breathtaking! Literally one minute walking to the beach. Host made this trip very easy. Can’t wait to go back to this beautiful unit again!!!

Patty was able to accommodate our family last minute due to a cancellation by our previous host due to property issues. The location is perfect for a peaceful spot to relax with shuttle to the beach club and two lovely pools to relax at.

We would definitely stay here again. Everything was as it was described in the listing. Easy access to everything extreme clean and wonder views.

We really enjoyed our stay here! If we ever come back to the area, I would love to stay there again. There's lots to do in walking distance which was nice!

A perfect spot for a couple of women wanting to escape life for a long weekend. The condo was spotless and kitchen and laundry had all the amenities you could need. The building itself is small, so plenty of carts for your luggage and no long waits for the elevator. Super close to grocery stores and lots of good restaurants (Cobalt and The Gulf) and not far from Flora-Bama, which everyone should experience at least once. And of course the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it's partially covered, which was nice for the somewhat rainy one day we had. Not disappointed that we picked this place in the least.

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

Tonya was super great to work with. We had questions before booking and she was very responsive and helpful, which led to our official reservations being placed. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Entering the property, access around the facility, everything was explained well. Everything inside the condo was as shown. Everything was clean and orderly. The location right on the peaceful Navarre Beach was so amazing. Views of the pier and plenty of walking space and beach space. This space would be great for any kind of rental you’re looking for - family, kids, girls weekend, anything.

We had a great stay! Loved the place and enjoyed the location. It was very clean and cozy and Pete was very helpful and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

It was a perfect setting! The unit is older but nicely kept. It is very close to a great walkable beach and even tho it was Spring break, there were not many people! Outside is nice, sand , horse shoes and fire pit, The only thing we didn’t appreciate were one of the neighbors. I had my two German Shepherds who are very well trained service dogs. We were taking them for their last walk before bed about 11pm, a bonfire was going on and they barked at the folks, literally less than a minute before I made them stop, neighbors called the owner and reported me. Also accused me of having them off leash. This was my first experience with neighbors such as this. Receiving a call from the owner made me nervous when we went out or if my pups made noise for the rest of my stay. Oddly enough many other dogs around us barked constantly. I took a bag out daily and picked up left poo from small dogs left on the beach and the walk to the beach. Other than that it was a well needed relaxing trip!

Very clean place, you can tell Brent requires his cleaning to staff to do a great job! Having 2 bathrooms was so convenient for us. The shower was wonderful, great pressure and hot water. Refrigerator seems fairly new also. Brent’s instructions were clear and easy. Summerwind is a great property. Definitely recommend this AirBnB to all travelers. Thank you, Brent!

Awesome place and host! would go again!

My family really enjoyed our stay! We loved the view, location and the space! 3 bed 3 bath was very accommodating and comfortable for my family!

The location of the condo was extremely convenient to the local beaches, shops, and restaurants. The main drawback worth mentioning for future renters is the busy traffic on Perdido Key Dr. The speed limit is 45 mph, very looely patrolled, with a high daily commuter volume between FL/AL line. The closest designated crosswalk is at the River Rd, which is about a 4-5 min walk. if you have small children, you'll need to use extreme caution. The beach access is super convenient, once safely across, directly across from the condo and the sand is amazing in this area. The inside of the condo is adequate, but know ahead of time the bathroom is cramped with limited storage space and room to dress. The toilet is very small, which could be to save floor space?, but I could see this being a real challenge for some. Think budget-friendly vacation. We would absolutely stay here again, no traveling children in our family.

No complaints whatsoever and a really good deal- one of the best ones you’ll find on Airbnb. Me and my 7 friends stayed here for 6 days and it was very fun and relaxing. Beach is literally a 2 minute walk and is not super crowded at all. This condo has everything you need and I would 100% stay here again.
