The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

We had our yearly family vacation here. The house was perfect for the three families to stretch out and the pups loved the outdoor fenced area. The pool was a hit for everyone. We arrived to several baskets of snacks and multiple boxes of sodas- very thoughtful and much appreciated. If I had any questions, Natalie was quick to respond. We totally enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. ❤️

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

We were in town to visit family and enjoy the local beaches. This home was perfect for our family which includes 3 kids and two large dogs. The backyard was completely fenced in which was perfect for the dogs. The pool was perfect for the kids after a long day at the beach (they never got tired of swimming.) The location was ideal as we found ourselves enjoying both Pensacola’s sand bar beaches and Orange Beach shopping and dining. We were pretty much equidistant between the two areas. Kate was very friendly and awesome to work with. We would absolutely stay here again!

this is by far my favorite beach house i’ve been to! it was very clean and had everything you could think of. the location was nice, quiet, and private. we loved the bikes! host was nice and responsive as well! will definitely be back!

We had an awesome weekend. The home is very comfortable and had everything that we needed and some things we didn't realize that we needed. The decor was very warm and added to the comfort. This location was a short drive to the Pensacola Bay Center and multiple restaurants and attractions. We indulged in multiple restaurants that were recommended by our hosts. Our pool day was very relaxing and peaceful. Overall we Loved It!!! We are planning to return with a larger group next visit. Thank you Michelle and James for the Awesome weekend! ❤️

Our stay at the Purple Sunset house was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was walkable to the gulf beaches and conveniently had a pool just steps out the back door. Our family of four enjoyed the quiet, friendly neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dog. (as was the fenced in backyard) We made the most of our trip with several beach days, fishing pier walks, seafood meals, sunrises and sunsets. We even caught the blue angels practicing at Fort Pickens. Ric was awesome about offering us restaurant recommendations and checking in. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Cola Cabana was in a residential neighborhood, but we had so much privacy in the backyard pool area--it felt like a tropical paradise! We could bike to two neighborhood parks and restaurants and shops were close to drive to. The pool was so refreshing after sightseeing downtown and at the Gulf National Seashore. I highly recommend this home for families with children--toys, games, pool and beach stuff we're provided. The home was very spacious and comfortable for our 4 adults and one child.

Can’t say one negative thing about our stay! The house was spotless and such cool never seen decor. Kitchen had any tool/gadget you’d ever need. Matthew was very nice and had quick response time. All detailed instructions were posted on the fridge and the whole house was labeled to make things super easy. This place and location did not disappoint!!!

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Stayed here for a week and it was great! Pool and pickle ball was a big hit for our children and their friends. Host was very quick to respond and checked in with us throughout our stay! Would definitely book again!

The house was perfect for our family! The pool/hot tub were great to have after a long day at the beach! The house was fully stocked and Elizabeth was quick to respond to our questions! We highly recommend the area as well as it is very peaceful, but only a 10 minute drive to the beach! Would defeat like to visit peaceful pines again someday!

Blair’s place was awesome! Perfect space and location. Close to the beach! Very clean! Beds were comfortable. Blair was responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The host was very attentive to our needs, our whole family really enjoyed the stay. I do however feel like the house could use a few updates. For example the beds were really uncomfortable and dipped in the middle and the bathroom fixtures could use an update. Other than that really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Angela!

Great stay! Sherry and Larry were wonderful hosts and the Little Hideaway was perfect for our needs. Super clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the bed was super comfortable and full length (not an RV bed) and also that the shower was nice and roomy. My husband is a tall man so he loved these :) The neighborhood is peaceful and you can see the stars from the hot tub 🌌 Highly recommend The Little Hideaway!

Summer's home was beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need is there. It was the cleanest home I have ever rented (I travel a lot). The neighborhood is safe, quiet and walkable. Great location for stores and restaurants. I laid by the pool and watched the Blue Angels practice right over me. I highly recommend this home. It is perfect for any group and Summer is an excellent host. I will be back next year for the annual Navy event I attend. There is no reason to attempt to find another place because this home is perfect.

Ion and Christina are great. The have accommodated us on every way. Their home is cozy and family feels.

I would like to say we enjoyed staying at Cynthia's cottage home, it was just want we wanted for our Pensacola Florida trip. It was easy to find and in a great neighborhood, it was quite and a nice area. The space was just perfect for my family of 4, which my kids used one room and we used the other one. I would recommend this to friends and family as well we would come back to stay here. Price was great and location as well, loved how easy it was to get to one place to another. If you want a place close by the beach but not pay the price for a beach front home get this one as its 10 mins away from beaches.

Great price and everything was very well taken care of. Felt comfortable with my entire family. The only suggestion I would have is that there were several windows without curtains. I came with my wife and two daughters and none of them were comfortable with uncovered windows in the bathrooms or by the laundry, even if it was just a little. I had to find something to cover up the windows. Once I did that we were good to go. Great place! Excellent price! Will return.

We love Pensacola and visit often. This was definitely one of our favorite homes to stay in. It is well-stocked with everything one needs, conveniently located, has a beautiful backyard, is very comfortable, and was super clean. This place is a gem! We will be back.

Great stay! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had our dogs with us, the yard was perfect for them and the screened porch was fantastic as well. The house itself was spacious and clean.

We enjoyed our stay with our son and dog. Loved the private fenced in backyard where our dog could play without worries. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Janine's home was perfect for us! Humans and pups all appreciated the lovely shaded backyard, spacious living space (2 separate living rooms!), and a great location for our needs. Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we're in town.

Gabriella and Chris were incredible hosts! They made our trip go so smoothly. Very responsive, reasonable, and helpful. The rental was phenomenal and exactly as listed. Our crew really felt at home and had everything we needed. Very kid friendly and all our kiddos had a blast in the upstairs area with the kid activities and game room was enjoyed by kiddos and adults. We will definitely be adding them to our list of vacation spots. ☺️ I’d definitely recommend!! It was perfect and spacious for a multi family trip or just a getaway vacation.
