5 Miles from 2 I-10 ramps, 25 mins to NAS, 30 mins to 2 different beaches - Pens Bch & Perdido Key, 3 miles to equestrian, 4 miles from NFCU. We have a private entrance, walk-out basement. There are other bedrooms if necessary; however, those would be in our living space & more $$. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. During warmer months, pool and tiki are beautiful, another open patio and outside cooking - grill. Area inside has microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, toaster oven, 52" t.v.

This is the home families are loving!! Centrally located for time at Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key Beaches, Johnson Beach, it's all within a very short drive! View the Blue Angels on Tues/Wed, from the house you can see some of the practice in the sky! Great to visit your Military family members at NAS or Corry Station. This Pool house is clean, as shown, stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, gas grill is set to go! The guests have had a great time making memories that will last here.
