Waterfront vacation rentals in Escambia County

Our stay was amazing, the location of the condo is perfect. We had the choice of a private beach on the bay side, or simply walk across the road to the ocean side. The condo was clean and inviting, beds were comfortable, view from balcony was amazing. We made new friends around the campfire, and cooked fish we caught on the out door grills. We drove as little as possible we used the trolley (it’s free) and gopher carts for transportation. Food at all the restaurants was exceptional, I highly recommend Peg Leg’s. Get the nachos at Flounders. This vacation was 10 out of 10!

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! It was our first time in Orange Beach and we absolutely loved being a few steps from the beach. It was super helpful to have all the beach gear available to use, too! We will be back! 🩷

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location for multiple beaches and close to family we came in town to see. Wildlife in the backyard was great, lots of bird songs. We enjoyed the boat dock the most with our paddle board. We set up our portable hammock and spent most of our time outside. A new Publix just opened up near the house which was convenient. The space was small but cozy for the two of us! Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a great four-night stay at Olga’s condo in Perdido Key. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and just as advertised. We loved the easy beach access, relaxing pool and hot tub, and felt totally safe and secure. No issues at all—highly recommend!

Funny enough we only stumbled upon this after our original Airbnb cancelled at another location due to urgent plumbing issues (and this happened to also be the only week available coincidentally, at Gina’s). We are so happy that ended up leading us to Gina’s retreat! We will most definitely return and book here. It was a perfect location and accurately described. We even decided to extend our trip a day just a few days before we were arriving. If you’re debating on booking, do it!!!🙂

Our stay at Kathy Bell’s condo in Sans Souci Room 308 was absolutely amazing—truly better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Kathy was a great host and made everything seamless from start to finish. It was genuinely hard to pack up and leave when our vacation ended. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great beach condo! Came to Gulf Shores for my son’s baseball tournament. This condo was amazing and exactly what we needed. The pool and beach views were fantastic. The host was very nice and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Allison’s condo was beautifully decorated with good amenities. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, quick walks to the beach and a nice pool. She was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend :)

The home was amazing, we didmt do much this trip. We wanted to just fish. The dock below the house at the boat ramp was were i spent alot of my time. It was perfect to just relax and fish. The kayaks were also nice to have. The home was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The blue angels flying over was great, i got really good videos as they fly pretty low so its a great experience to see!!! The waterpark in pensacola is very budget friendly!!! I will definantly return 10/10 on this home. You are away from all the heavy crouds but so convienant to everything!!

This house was perfect for our college graduation girls trip! The location was beautiful, quiet, and super close to local shops! We also found many things that we needed provided within the house and enjoyed how modern and well taken care of everything was. I definitely recommend!

John was a wonderful host!!! I would definitely stay again. The house is very nice and has everything you need. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet!! All the neighbors were very friendly and spoke passing by on their boats as well as when we passed by on ours!! They even recommended places to fish and that was very helpful.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. As soon as you walk in and see outside the big windows, you have an absolutely gorgeous view of the bay. Kenny was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed and was very good at letting us know when people were coming by to clean the pool and pick up the yard. We saw dolphins every morning, caught all kinds of different fish (with fishing poles that were already at the house), walked across the street to the DG for any additional supplies we needed. It was such a good time! We could not have asked for a better family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was family oriented. I cannot say enough good things about this place and host. Perfect!

What an adorable place. The recent remodel was so tastefully done. This is a perfect place for a weekend or a overnight stay. Enjoyed my coffee by the water.

We arrived late at night and she had someone keep the porch and kitchen lights on for when we arrived. In between two great beaches and had a nice local food truck area as well. Her place was exactly like the photos and in a quiet area. Worth every penny and would definitely stay again in the future !

Awesome place if you are visiting your loved one at Navy Base. Especially if they have curfew only 15 minutes to base. Was able to spend more time with my daughter and her friends. Also Tim was very responsive. The keurig coffee maker didn’t work and he immediately had one delivered 2 hours later. We also sat on back porch and watched the blue angels practice. Very beautiful view of canal and very quiet. Awesome place!

Barbara was so nice to work with.. Any question I had was answered almost immediately, or within an hour at most. The unit was in the perfect location, clean, quiet, super nice pool and could not have been any happier with this short getaway for birthday celebrations and time with dear friends in the area !! #BOOKWITHBARBARA ... You will NOT REGRET IT !! 😀😀 ..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was exactly as the pictures and description described. We loved how close we were to the beach and how uncrowded the beach was. The owner was very nice, helpful, and prompt in responding to messages. We look forward to returning here again!

Lisa, our host, was exceptional! She was super friendly and was on top of EVERYthing. The condo was beautiful and felt very homey. I love that they have the balcony facing the beach and it’s a private beach at that! I would highly recommend vacationing here and we will definitely be back!

My wife and I went stayed here for our 8th wedding Anniversary. The stay was peaceful and the view was great. When we decide to come back to Orange Beach we'll definitely be checking if she has any available units.

We had an absolutely amazing week at this condo in Pensacola Beach! It was the perfect home base for a week full of palaborating (our own word for relaxing, playing, and exploring), and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The view was gorgeous, and sipping coffee on the patio was a daily highlight. Beach access was super convenient, and we spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and paddling. We also had a great time trying out local restaurants—so many delicious seafood spots within a short walk. And one of the unexpected highlights was catching a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game. The stadium has a great vibe, and watching a game by the water added a unique twist to the week. All in all, this condo was the perfect setting for a week of sunshine, sand, good food, and fun. We’d definitely rent it again!

Marina was such a great host! From the time prior to check in, until we checked out, she was always very easy to reach. She also added an extra day on for us at a 50% off rate :) The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would happily book again!

Everything was great! The condo was very nice and super clean. Great view, and the walk to the beach wasn’t too far. Great location also! Would stay at one of her condos again if we go back to Orange Beach!
