Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Escambia County

We had an amazing time! The host was quick to respond anytime we had a question. The location was close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean views from the upstairs back balcony as well. The place was clean and had great instructions for check-in/check-out. We’d love to visit again!!

We loved this house. It was so cozy, and perfect for our family of 10. The pool was so nice, everything was just so great. Our kids loved it, they hardly wanted to leave to go anywhere The outside area is so nice and spacious.

Beautiful place! Absolutely loved the living room and kitchen area. The beach was just a few minutes down the road which after a long day was perfect. They had spare beach chairs which came in handy! Will be coming back :)

Me and my friend loved staying at Ann Marie’s place! She is so sweet and friendly and made us feel right at home + gave us great recommendations since it was our first time in the area. The rooms and bathroom were so clean and she provided us with everything we needed for our stay as well as stuff for the beach. Great place to stay if you’re in Navarre and especially great for young female travelers like us! <3

Absolutely stunning view! Kayaks were a huge plus! Fishing was great! Plenty of space for our family of 5!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is so peaceful and private, surrounded by woods and farms. The fishing was fun in the lake, we caught several bass including one giant over 7 pounds, all released back of course to be caught again. The home was clean and had everything we needed. They even thoughtfully left treats and blankets for our dog who was traveling with us. Absolutely would stay here again. The house was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great and check-in was seamless and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place away from it all.

They were lovely host. they made us feel right at home it was very accommodating peaceful and nice. Teresa was wonderful she was amazing so friendly so warm and so down to earth. She answered all questions conversation was great she was just very lovely. Couldn't have asked for a better host if I tried. My husband and I will definitely be back to Pensacola and if Teresa and Shane's listing is available that is definitely where we will be staying. even with all our fiasco that we had going on she's still was very helpful and responsive and that made a big impression in my eyes.

A nice quiet neighborhood, the house was very clean and newly updated on the inside. It was a great place for the family to come together to visit our hometown again all while being close enough to head to the beach everyday. We will be staying here next time we come to town

Beautiful condo especially for the price. Great communication with easy check in/checkout. The absolute only thing inconvenient worth mentioning is that the beds were not comfy except the master, but may not be a problem if you don’t have back pain or if you want the littles to sleep in the other beds. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would book again.

We really enjoyed our stay, guests and long term residents were friendly and peaceful, location was perfect to avoid the crowd but close enough to drive to our favorite (boating at crab island) ft walton and the bother direction for dinner and our favorite coffee shop in gulf shores. The beaches were gorgeous the chair rental was never overbooked even mid-day. We enjoyed all the pools which were clean and not over chlorinated which seems to happen alot at resorts. Spacious and comfy for all 6 of us who came. Door dash even found us and amazon deliveries were right on time! parking was great even for our guests who came to visit and great golf cart community as well! this has been our favorite spot so far along the Gulf! more on my IG travel channel 🫶

This is a very affordable place for a beach condo! We went during April when crowds were not an issue. Our stay was lovely. The only thing that I disliked was an extra $50 for a parking pass to each vehicle. I wish that was disclosed in the info prior to booking. There is a parking lot right next door that charges $5-10 a day but no one wants to tote all of their luggage and make that walk. I loved the pool and beach access. Great place! Very family friendly!

This unit was extremely clean (so was the whole lobby and hot tub areas), and the main two beds were probably the best we’ve ever had at Orange Beach. The exception was the sofa sleeper mattress. I had forgotten how extremely poor these can be. I chose Phoenix primarily because they have multiple hot tubs in close proximity to one another. Each building has two identical hot tubs about 20’ apart. I’ve learned that major maintenance occurs each Jan and Feb, and I’ve had problems with no hot tub being available due to annual construction and repairs. One of the Phoenix II hot tubs was having heater problems, and one was low on water. It took a couple of days, but maintenance did get both working… for a few days. Then, the same heater went out again. At Phoenix, a last resort is simply to walk to the adjacent building and try their hot tubs. The VERY BEST things were the peace and quiet in the whole lobby and pool areas. Hardly anyone around except a few nice retired folks.

Was a great place to stay! Such a beautiful home and it’s not that long of a drive to the beach! Overall great place!

Great beachfront view. Good complex amenities. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very responstive host. Can't wait to return.

The condo was amazing! Super clean with everything you need. We will definitely be back. The check in was a nightmare. Airbnb was very responsive, but it was Vacasa’s front desk that actually solved the problem with a code to get inside. After arriving and not being able to get inside for 45 minutes, many codes not working and hours on the phone because Airbnb did not post our payment, it was extremely frustrating. Not the way you would like to start your vacation. All ended well with a great condo and location.

Beautifully decorated condo! Tons of storage space. The master bath is so nice and spacious. Very easy to access the pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again!
