Vacation rentals with a kayak in Escambia County

House was very clean, each room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We’re enjoying our stay. Perdido Key beach is 10min walks. That was really joyful!

The home was amazing, we didmt do much this trip. We wanted to just fish. The dock below the house at the boat ramp was were i spent alot of my time. It was perfect to just relax and fish. The kayaks were also nice to have. The home was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The blue angels flying over was great, i got really good videos as they fly pretty low so its a great experience to see!!! The waterpark in pensacola is very budget friendly!!! I will definantly return 10/10 on this home. You are away from all the heavy crouds but so convienant to everything!!

This place is not only in a great neighborhood that feels welcome and secure, but it being 8 min from some of the most laid back and beautiful beaches in the area is so undersold. I went to the beach at sunrise and sunset daily while working remote for 3 weeks. I barely went to the more popular ones in the area because this local one is so great, and if you like scuba diving the best dive shop, dive pros, and boat charters are only 10 min away. Also has very quick and easy access to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Alabama, which in my opinion is the best parts of the local area.

My family and I celebrated a long vacation here the week of Memorial Day and Donna’s home was a perfect stay. We enjoyed the large clean rooms, the amazing porch, the private beach, and the access to kayaks, bikes, and the fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was cute and close to a large pier, downtown, and small roads perfect for a morning bike ride. It was incredibly peaceful and the most amazing way to spend the week. We are really grateful for the opportunity to stay here! We hope to return soon!

The place is always clean and neat. The games are great for family game nights! James and Melissa are awesome hosts! They are always helpful and responsive! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great place and super clean. Brittany was fantastic and very responsive, checking to see if all was ok and provided dining recommendations. Place was close to the beach and restaurants. Very peaceful we viewed the dolphins playing and bird life. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Steve’s place, the home was clean and comfy. We felt right at home. The property was peaceful and we enjoyed fishing from the dock and watching the wildlife. They even put a tv in the bedroom for our son and gave us some fishing tips! Would highly recommend this home if ever in the Pensacola area!

Very nice home, easy to settle in from the moment we arrived. Had an issue with not being sent the door code upon check in time but Andi was helpful in responding quickly & resolving. Seems like a previous guest had a pet with them (some dog hair on the carpet where our little was crawling around), but overall very clean and comfortable! Shower knobs were a little tricky to figure out, but other than that no major complaints! Enjoyed our stay, very nice home and looks just like the pictures. Would recommend!

Don’t hesitate, stay here! It was so peaceful and cozy with every amenity you could think of. A great kitchen stocked with all appliances, dishes, utensils. The shower was great. She had everything we needed for the beach.. it was wonderful not having to buy/rent an umbrella and chairs. The beaches were very close but you still get to go “home” in the evenings to the quiet of the country. Having coffee on the screened in back porch and watching the creek was very peaceful in the morning. A great value and well worth every penny!

Such a cute cozy place! My boyfriend and I loved the decor and it was so clean!! Kimberly was in top of everything she’s such a great host. Definitely book here so worth it. The beds are so comfy too you will sleep like a baby!

Enjoyed our stay at the octopus cottage. Vincent was great. Felt like our personal concierge. He even bought us a shade umbrella to use at the beach AND offered aloe for sunburns 😂. All in all great stay. Only complaint is that despite it being close to the beach as the crow flies, expect a 30 minute drive to the beach on the weekends. Closer to 15 minutes if there’s no traffic. But traffic slows down VERY easily. However none if that reflects in Vincent or the octopus cottage. Would stay again!

It was the perfect home away from home! Great location, when we go back to Pensicola we will stay again.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found somewhere special. Our hostess was the best we’ve ever encountered, genuinely kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about creating a beautiful experience for her guests. The cottage was absolutely enchanting with original doors, creaky floors that tell a story, and antiques that give the space so much character and history. It felt like stepping into another time, in the best possible way!! The private beach on the bay was pure magic. Quiet, peaceful, and breathtaking. The hostess had an amazing selection of beach gear available in the storage area, which made beach days even easier and more fun! Just a short walk from the cottage was a lovely park that was perfect for our kids to run and play. It made the stay even more family-friendly and convenient. We can’t wait to return. This place has our hearts!

Wendye was super responsive and proactive as our host. We planned to bring our two goldendoodles and typically use a playpen instead of a crate. Since the house rules say a crate must be used, I ran the playpen by Wendye for approval and she was very understanding and accommodated us by allowing the use of it instead of crates. Overall the stay was exactly as expected and we were very happy to have chosen this host and property! Thank you!

This place was great for us. We were in Pensacola for baseball and the location was close to everything. It was the perfect place to come back and cool off after the games. It’s very clean, it has everything you need to have a home away from home. Chad and Katie were very responsive and friendly. They allowed us an early check in which was greatly appreciated and reached out to let us know about an event we could attend in the neigborhood. Would stay here again!

loved our stay! such a beautiful & clean home inside and out! the hosts were wonderful and responded so quickly! they also have an elevator if you are handicapped which really came in helpful when we had my mother-in-law over! loved the amenities and everything that it offered. can't wait to stay again!

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for sharing your little slice of private paradise.This cabin was really clean and well stocked. It was an absolute pleasure to spend our 16th anniversary here. The kayaking was a highlight for us, we enjoyed exploring the calm waters, and seeing all the nearby animals. Our dogs were so happy to run around the property. The hot tub was a definite recharge during our relaxation session, surrounded by nature's serenity. We're grateful for the laughter, stories, and memories we created and definitely would love to return someday.

I booked Stephen’s place for my parents for their honeymoon and they loved it! They enjoyed the privacy, simplicity and peacefulness of the cabin and they loved sitting on the dock. Stephen was also super helpful and accommodating with checkout.

Stayed here while evacuating from Hurricane Milton. Check-In process was super straight forward, the hosts were very understanding of our situation and allowed us to check in early after we drove 8 hours from the Tampa area! The cabin was charming and relaxing. Good internet and environment to get some work done. Plenty of activities to do on-site. Great views of the water! We were even able to use the kayaks at the stay. The fishing was great too, we were able to catch over 45 fish in the 3 days we were there. While there was plenty of stuff to do on-site, everything you need is within 5-10. The beach and great restaurants are super close. Definitely will be coming back under different circumstances!
