Exceeded every expectation. My fiancé and I were blown away by the thoughtfulness of the communication, the amenities (they literally thought of everything!) and the perfect cleanliness; better than a 5-star hotel. We can not wait to book our return visit. I wish there were more stars to give!

Christel was the BEST!!!!! Extremely accommodating and kind, and a wonderful private cabin that was clean and well stocked! They even left us some blueberry jam from their farm! Highly recommended and we hope to come back again!

The home and yard were spacious, the neighborhood was quiet and my dog loved the large yard!

Jean has provided everthing a guest could need and then some. We wished we had some items for the beach; there they were. The place is charming, beautiful, and comfortable. coffee, utensils, plates mugs, cups, tea, and items you might have forgotten, like salt and pepper, or some mayo or a water bottle are provided. It's a perfect location with Joe Patti's seafood, other nice restaurants, the baseball stadium, downtown events, shops, and bistros within walking distance, and a short drive to the gorgeous beach. Jean is helpful, available, and friendly. This was our second stay over several days at Jean's, and there will be more.

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

Great host. Simple, but pleasant accommodations. Close to beaches and downtown Pensacola. Brought fresh donuts in the first morning after checking in. Has beach towels, umbrella, wagon, and toys for the beach.

perfect distance to most stores. We felt very safe and the pool was a perfect touch ti the trip. will definitely stay there again!

Thank you so much for having my kids and I for the weekend. They loved the yard/park area and the creek. Whenever we weren’t out and about all they wanted to do was play in the yard.

Theresa’s place was great! The space was beautiful and had everything I needed, plus it was nice sitting out on the secluded deck on a summer night. Personalized note and a binder of local info/recommendations was a nice added touch!

5 stars and we’d give 10 if we could! My daughter and I stayed here a few nights during her graduation trip and the entire experience couldn’t have been better. For starters the space is even cuter than pictures, the beds were very comfortable and it’s more spacious than it looks. The views are out onto a beautiful golf course and we saw deer walk by morning and evening. Very peaceful neighborhood. The best part is it’s a 7 minute drive to Perdido Beach. My daughter and I drove over there each day for sunrise and sunset and loved that it was so close. Great restaurants nearby too! Try Hubs!

We were needing a peaceful place to stay with our dogs & 6 yr old! We really wanted a pool away, an area away from the nightlife but close enough so we could easily enjoy the beach! Sonya’s place was absolutely perfect. Everything inside fit what we needed. Dishes so we could cook breakfast & lunch, A cute bathroom, an upstairs room for our daughter, a beautiful big back yard we were able to swim and make hot dogs over the fire! The pool room was awesome to wind down after a swim! We 100% will be back & I highly recommend for anyone with a small family or animals to stay here! It was one of the best air bnbs we have stayed in. Thank you Sonya! We truly had the best vacation

This is such a charming little place. It’s well furnished to meet your needs. Very comfortable. Jane was an outstanding and very accommodating host.

Mary and Bill’s place was perfect size for myself, my 5 year old and my mom. Has a bed and a pull out bed that is a good size. Beach is about 15-20 min away. Food places and a large mall about 10 minutes away. Saw families walking in the neighborhood at different times. They have to control the air conditioner in the main house, but there is a small space heater available. We had run out of face towels, and she brought us more quickly. Very responsive when messaged! Coffee maker with kcups, creamer and sugar available. Utensils, plates, cups etc available. Literally the only (very small) negative was I did see a few medium/long hairs (different texture than ours) on the bathroom floor and 2 on the walls of the shower. I truly feel this could’ve come from the person who did the cleaning because besides that, this place was spotless! Would recommend and definitely would stay again!

Terry was super nice and flexible when we had to look for a place last minute for a trip to deal with our Airbnb in Gulf Breeze and failed AC there. Terry opened up that day, so we could check in right away and easily stay in the area. His place is beautiful and on the water, with kayaks and a boat dock. You can watch crabs, fish jumping, blue herons fishing. Excellent and peaceful place to watch the sunset or sunrise if you wake up:-). Terry is super friendly. He even set up a meeting with his friend, so my son could see a his seaplane as it was his 19th birthday and he is on his way to be a commercial pilot. We both loved to pet Bella, Terry's friendly dog. We are grateful we could bring our semi-feral cat adopted from FL jungle:-). She loved the place and did not want to leave, either. Our stay in Cathy’s home was beautiful. We got a queen bed in our room & our stay included a washer and dryer area, a big bathroom, and an amazing backyard. Cathy’s hospitality stood out the most as she was very kind and attentive to our needs. I would most definitely recommend staying here! Great place for a couples getaway! 5 stars from me:)

We stayed there twice now and we just couldn’t think of anything missing from this place. Everything was great and perfect for our little vacation. It was nice you could see the bay water from the house. And having the kitchen really adds value to the guests stay. We appreciate Jeff so much as a host. We’ll be back for sure!

This place was fantastic! Nicole was a great host, responded promptly and was very nice. The place was great to stay in, very clean and it had zero issues. AC works great, quality appliances, the bathroom was stellar, very friendly neighbors, and a very walkable area. We stayed here for several months and my wife walked somewhere about twice a day with our child while I worked. There is a pretty with a path around it right down the road, and downtown is a 4 minute drive/ 20 minute walk. All the neighbors say hi as you walk down the street too. Great place to stay with a little family. The couch also folds into a small bed and we used that several times.

I had a wonderful stay in Linda's home! It's in a great spot located 15-20 minutes from Corry Station/NEX/Commissary, and 20-25 minutes from NAS Pensacola. I stayed at Linda's extra room while I was in the process of PCSing and purchasing a home. This is a great place for 1-2 people to stay. King-sized bed, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dresser, Exertec pull-up/dip bar (great for a quick workout), couch, and WiFi. Oh, and I cannot forget her 11-year-old Shih Tzu dog (Thumbelina), an extremely well-behaved dog that enjoys her pettings. Linda was a great host, she provided some awesome recommendations on local restaurants and places to explore. Every interaction with Linda, who lives in the home, was a positive and delightful conversation. During the afternoons and evenings, I would go on a run/jog/walk around the neighborhood. I would recommend if you book to bring an air fryer because there is not a kitchen in the living space. 12/10 would stay here again.

our first time staying in an air bnb ever, especially connected onto someone else’s home. We aren’t social butterflies but do love to meet new people and it went great! We had so much privacy and all our instructions were so clear. The hot tub was amazing and the room was very cozy. Very very impressed.
