Beachfront vacation rentals in Pensacola

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

The condo was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. Very clean, phenomenal view, comfortable beds! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The property was also very clean and the beach so accessible. We would stay here again.

I cannot say enough about this house. We have two small children and this house was perfect and the bay was safe for them to swim in even on red flag days… we caught blue crab under the dock, paddle boarded all over the bay, grilled on the 1st floor and slept like angels in the soft beds at night. There is literally no need to ever leave the house once you get there… cannot say enough good things. Thank you so much, we will be back next year!!

Our stay at the Purple Sunset house was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was walkable to the gulf beaches and conveniently had a pool just steps out the back door. Our family of four enjoyed the quiet, friendly neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dog. (as was the fenced in backyard) We made the most of our trip with several beach days, fishing pier walks, seafood meals, sunrises and sunsets. We even caught the blue angels practicing at Fort Pickens. Ric was awesome about offering us restaurant recommendations and checking in. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We had an incredible week! From beginning to end - everything was just perfect. Check in was super easy and the place was beautifully clean when we arrived. Nikki has thought of everything to make your stay the best - from beach towels hanging in the entryway - a coffee maker in the master bathroom so you don’t wake everyone - plenty of books to read - these little details just added more fun to the whole experience! We loved having the Sound in the backyard - our kids had so much fun catching crabs and fish in the little river system back there. And the sunsets off the deck - gorgeous. The Gulf is so easy to get to with many different access points - we had fun hunting for shells, jumping waves, and seeing dolphins there! It was so quiet and relaxing - a week to unplug and just be together as a family. We hope to be back soon! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

This property is absolutely amazing!!!! A perfect location to rest and enjoy a wonderful vacation in a beautiful atmosphere. The property is absolutely amazing!!! The check in process was easy as 1-2-3. The assigned parking space was perfect as you could walk right in and catch the elevator to the floor where the condo is located. Walking to the condo door made me feel like a king- two huge French doors. The condo was Very spacious and accommodating!!! It was very clean and fresh!! The rooms were huge and had very comfortable beds. The balcony… OMG!!! Huge!!! It is perfectly positioned to catch the morning sunrise and evening sunset. Portofino is an amazing resort!!! Everyone was so friendly. As an added bonus, there is a direct boardwalk with access to the Beach right across the street. Perfect Location!!! Lia, the host, was SPOT ON from beginning to end!!! She was easy to communicate with and she was very accommodating. I would definitely book with her again!!! She is the best!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Emily’s place at the Turquoise Place. I was there with friends and two 6 year olds. They had the time of their lives. So much to do on the property and nearby to entertain. The condo is perfect. Very very clean and comfortable. We all felt at home instantly. I would love to stay in her place again. If you are looking for a place, do not hesitate to stay here you will NOT be disappointed!!

Beautiful corner unit. Comfortable and inviting. Nice table and chairs on the balcony for morning coffee or breakfast. Well stocked kitchen and fantastic oven. Large capacity Maytag washer and dryer that make laundry a snap. Wonderful responsive host. Great location. Overall, condominium facility was clean and staff were friendly.

We had a wonderful time and spent four nights here. The unit is immaculate and exactly as described and was shown in the pictures. We would stay here again with zero hesitation! Thanks Kerri!

We enjoyed our stay so much! There were so many little things that made being away from home easier and the location is perfect!

Love staying here! Close to beach and easy walk to restaurants. House is always clean and A/C works well so never hot! Small house but functional and second bedroom is large with 2 full or queen beds. 1 story so no stairs with dogs or kids. Ms. Ella always nice and easily reached.

A wonderfully peaceful place on the water. It’s also close to trails for exploring and hiking. Very convenient to the national park and downtown. I highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

Great location. Loved all the easy to follow directions and notes around the house. Great dog friendly location not far from the dog beach and yard was a nice option during down time. TV’s were dated but you’re mostly out doors anyway. Would return.

The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so peaceful on the back deck with the pelicans, seagulls, squirrels and big beautiful blue heron visiting everyday. Loved watching the boats pass. It was close to the main strip, but far enough away that our stay was quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again

This house is great! Super walkable to the beach and not a busy neighborhood. The game room is a really fun addition along with the two porches that guests can enjoy with views. Also, a lot of accessible places near like Publix, coffee shops, souvenir stores, etc.
