Monthly Rentals in Peñas de Aya

Beautiful house, very nice and functional. Recent and quiet amenities. Easily radiates to Hendaye, Spain, Rhune and the surrounding area. Good interaction with Davinia and David. A property to remember.

We spent 48 days in the apartment and we were very comfortable, the location is unbeatable, half a block from the old case, 1 block from the square and a few more meters from the beach. Appropriately equipped and the heating worked perfectly (and was necessary) throughout our stay. Recommended

The stay was very pleasant. Many points of interest around the cottage. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped. The owners are responsive and attentive to these occupants. I fully recommend it and if I had to go back I would go back without so much as a second thought.

Our stay in Francisco Javier and Val's apartment was wonderful! The house is absolutely beautiful, the surrounding area has a fantastic nature trail perfect for morning walks, and the neighboring village was quaint, calm, and perfectly Basque. San Sebastian and Biarritz are only a short drive away and there is ample parking if you're traveling by car. Val was incredibly kind and responsive to all of our needs and my husband loved the property so much he left saying that if it were for sale, he'd buy it! We will stay here again!
