Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in 8-10 mins on foot.

Gîte de Malivert is located in the village of Paunat, at the confluences of the Dordogne and Vezere The 147m2 gite is a freshly renovated longhouse with sobriety it consists of a large 57 m2 living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with queen size bed, 1 with 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms In the garden, you can enjoy the private pool and a dining area with barbecue The Malivert cottage is ideally located between Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat

Le Petit Abri is a short stroll from the centre of Tremolat, a pretty village with lovely restaurants. Originally a Perigourdine barn, it has recently been sympathetically renovated to create a beautiful one-bedroom gite. During July & August we normally accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us for availability.
