Comfortable and quiet house where my husband Allan and I live. In your room there is a closet, desk, heating and wifi. In front of the room there is a bathroom for our guests. The house is surrounded by nature and shops. A privileged and safe area, which belongs to Alcorcón. Connected to downtown Madrid 15 minutes by car. The train arrives at Atocha and metro line 10 arrives at Principe Pio in 20 min, both stations 7 minutes walk from home. Before you leave, try a tea or coffee!

In summer time in the months of June, July, August and September the room has air conditioning. An additional value will be charged if you require this service upon arrival at the apartment. It is not mandatory, only if you wish.

Bright and quiet room

Very comfortable single bed, quiet, with lots of natural light. It is located 25 minutes from Atocha, 1 hour from Sol, a few minutes away you will find bus stops, within Fuenlabrada and other municipalities. I have pets, a small dog, sometimes a kitten stays. If you plan to study or work, this place is perfect because of its quiet surroundings.
