I booked a last minute trip to Toledo and was so lucky that Fabiola's place was available. It's amazing and the instructions are so clear that you are not lost. The communication was also wonderful and I felt right at home. I accidentally left my phone charger at home but there was an adapter in the unit so I lucked out! I would definitely stay here again. :)

This was an excellent spot for what I needed! I stayed one night in Madrid and had to head to the airport in the morning. It’s is super close to the airport and it’s easy to get there by the Metro. It’s also in very green neighborhood with grocery stores and bakeries and anything you need walking sits ce. The place was exactly as described it was clean and cozy and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

The studio is really perfect! Light, spacious and a lovely terrace. Nearby many amenities and only fifteen minutes walk to the city center. The studio is clean, fresh and equipped with absolutely everything!

Parje's place was wonderful! Everything was so clean when we checked in, and the place smelled fresh. The apartment was exactly as described–beautiful, cozy, and well-located. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout our stay, with Parje consistently checking in to make sure we were comfortable and that everything met our expectations. The neighborhood was also very walkable, with several markets and charming family-owned restaurants and bars just around the corner. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay here again!

We arrived in Madrid at 8am and contacted the host to check in early at noon.The house is very clean, the location is convenient, there is a bus stop in front of the door, it takes three minutes to walk to the subway station, downstairs is the supermarket, it is convenient to buy things.The homestay is in the accommodation area, it is quiet at night, and there are many small shops nearby, and the place to drink at night is lively.If I had to make a suggestion, the duvet sheets on the bed could be cleaner.Overall, it's pretty good.

Javier's house is a true haven of peace. We spent 2 nights with 10 people and we slept very well. The view is absolutely beautiful, the house is clean and the garden is peaceful. Everything was perfect! Communication and instructions were very clear. Thanks again Javier for a successful stay!

Ideal for relaxing and enjoying with family or friends. The house offers great amenities inside such as air conditioning, full bathrooms, a very large kitchen-dining area, complete and modern equipment. The exterior with the pool, garden and private parking area. The service was great. Highly recommended!

Communication with Sergio was smooth and efficient. Both before, during and after our stay. The house was very tidy and fully equipped. Due to the location, a car is recommended, for example for shopping, but Sergio had clearly communicated this in advance. In short: recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

The stay was incredible, upon arriving Violeta greeted us in an incredible way trying to help us in as much as possible, recommending where to go, what places to visit, what to do, etc. It was a different weekend that we would totally repeat without hesitation.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Maria is a charming & delightful host. Her place is light filled & tastefully decorated & we so enjoyed the green patio at the end of a hot day in Madrid. The bus stop was not even a minute, supermarkets within a 3 minute walk & we used the buses everyday. We liked the place so much, we booked it for another week, next week, this time with our cat. Kitchen had everything we required, including ground coffee for our immediate use. Everything was easily available, washer and outdoor drying. I wasn’t disturbed by the street noises. The area has a Brooklynesque vibe & I felt right at home. Building is very secure.

We had a great time at Laura and Daniel's in Paracuellos, very close to Madrid. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and very well located. Thanks to public transport, it was very easy to get to the center of Madrid without a car. On April 28, a massive power outage hit Spain and Portugal. Despite this, Laura and Daniel were incredibly thoughtful: they provided us with portable lamps and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The fact that Laura is fluent in French has greatly facilitated communication and was of great help. We highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, its ideal location and especially for the exceptional hospitality of Laura and Daniel.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Amazing place! The location is great and the city center is just around the corner. The flat is very comfy, has everything you need, it’s very clean and modern, and the host was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Madrid! Alvaro is an outstanding host—warm, responsive, and full of great local tips. The place itself was even better than described: spotlessly clean, stylish, and in a perfect location (close to transit but quiet at night).
