Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

My mom and sister checked in here as it was the closest accommodation we can find near their training venue. Everything was good and Ms. Allona was really nice and accommodating. It was just difficult to get public transpo from outside (Hacienda Sta. Elena) going to the house. Otherwise, still good value for money.

Roderick's house is perfect for a family's stay, its spacious, has an amazing TV in the living room so you can enjoy movies with your kids. Roderick is also a great host with quick and clear communication.

Highly recommended. The place is super clean, good location and the host is friendly and easy to communicate.

Cozy place! Good airbnb for family/friends whether for leisure or business trip. Rooms have tables where you can work or study. Beds were comfy and clean. Best perks: 1. Being in a gated area with ample parking (as we were 6 pax with 4-5 vehicles). 2. Walking distance from Seoul Kitchen, Tita Dhel’s Proven, RM Cadapan, Phuong’s Vietnamese. Sari sari stores at the corner of FO. 3. Complex is beside my recent fave coffee shop: forty thirty! Try their sea salt latte. Suji street cafe is also walking distance. 4. LBDH is also walking distance We just hope they’ll have bidets next time 😅 Otherwise, we loved our stay and look forward to staying here again. 💖

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place! The room was clean, truly cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to nearby restaurants and very close to the bus terminal, which made our travel plans super convenient. Nicole was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. She even allowed us to extend our checkout time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in the area!

Sir Normand was a wonderful host, he catered all our needs with swift action. He’s hospitable and friendly, just what a host should be. As for the place, it’s beautiful! Very spacious bedroom, clean and complete kitchen. The best part is the automatic laundry machine so you’ll never worry about dirty clothes. You’ll definitely feel at home! Thank you sir Normand. Great Airbnb place for the whole family! Lots of space and room to accommodate everyone! Would recommend this place for those looking in the Pasay Area. I just wished the parking was alot closer to the check-in, but overall a very great place to stay!

A wonderful and beautiful home right near Ayala Circuit. Very accessible to shopping areas and a very safe neighborhood. Pau is an absolute joy as a host, and very friendly and helpful. Super nice place! Approachable po yung may ari. The house was still fully furnished and we didn't have a hard time adjusting. The neighbors are still nice. :)

Super clean accommodation that's nearby restaurants. Very quiet location and accessible from Enchanted Kingdom. Ms. Aileen was very responsive and flexible. She provided clear instructions. The whole check-in and checkout experience were easy and self-service.

we felt safe and the place has everything you need for a home. you have your own garage. hope the fridge situation can be addressed as it is partially blocked and we find it challenging to access it.

Was a bit unsure at first since there weren’t many reviews, but the host was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The place ended up being way better than we expected! Super clean, easy check-in, and close to stores which was really convenient. Wi-Fi did drop out sometimes, but if you're just chilling with friends or family, it’s not a big deal. Overall, loved the stay!

Nice, homey and peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood away from the city bustle. It has enough sleeping areas for a big group or family, has indoor entertainment options like karaoke & boardgames, has an outdoor full kitchen where guests can enjoy cookouts & bbq and street parking is also available. Nadia is friendly, proactive and always reachable. Will gladly book this house again.
