Thank you for the very nice and comfy stay. The room is huge and clean . The staffs are polite. Chinese stores are just in ground floor all the things needed are just right in the corner. The place is highy recommended to all.

Definitely one of the prettiest listings I’ve stayed! It is well designed and carefully decorated. Unit has everything I needed for a short stay. Also to Dan, very friendly and responsive, any time of the day! Truly enjoyed my stay, and would have wanted to stay longer. Will truly recommend this place to family and friends visiting the area. 💕

We had a lovely stay overall—the room was spacious, the staff were very friendly, and the pool and ambiance were beautiful. One small note: there was a slight musty smell in the bathroom, near the exit, and in the basement area. It might be worth looking into, just to ensure everything stays fresh for future guests. That said, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciate the warm hospitality!

Had a wonderful stay in this Unit. I fell like i stays in a First Class 5 Star Hotel Suite. Host Miss Lala is very friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. I requested for an early check in and it was approved with no problem at all. I surely come back and recommend this to all.

Great place to stay at! Very near SM Bicutan and TLC park. Dm is indeed a great superhost! our group booked last minute and he was able to assist us smoothly. Launcelot's place has great location, there's a nearby mall where you can get your essentials and a lot of good restaurants inside it. You don't need to go elsewhere to enjoy and find whatever you may need. Security is also good for your protection and privacy. Will definitely book this place again. Thank you Launcelot. Arnel

Definitely worth the price. The unit was simple but it was super comfy and homey. I really love the bed. The room smells so nice. There are games prepared for the visitors. All items need like tv, wifi, microwave are ready and provided and working well. We really really love it. They are very accommodating as well.

It was an amazing stay for a week. Relaxing and very convenient to everything..Friendly staff and helpful.. absolutely i will come back again on my next vacation... Thanks alot💯🙏❤️

The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

This is one of the very few stays that offer free and paid parking. The paid parking (300 pesos) was super worth it, and made our trip more convenient. It was a decent decent stay. We just booked 1 night so that's all I can say for now. Host was very responsive whenever we have questions.

I had a wonderful stay at Veneca’s place. The home was exactly as described and maybe even better! The condo was spacious and comfortable, had amazing views and was in a great location. Veneca had great communication and check-in was smooth. I would be more than happy to stay here again in the future.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, and I especially appreciated the fresh, fragrant scent of the bedsheets and towels. I also loved that Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video were all available and premium, which made relaxing even better. Overall, it was definitely worth it. Would stay here again!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location. I highly recommend this place. The airbnb hosts were also quick to respond for guest checkins as well as any concerns you have. Overall great place. Highly recommend.
