Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Joan’s place was just as presented in Airbnb website. ACs in every room, really nice rooftop terrace to hang. She was externally friendly, responded fast and gave us so many recommendations for restaurants, local transport. She welcomed us personally, tour us the house. There was a cold water prepared, some snacks and presents. We felt awesome hospitality. Cheryl on top was her home-made cake she brought. Strongly RECOMMEND!

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

the unit it self is really nice each room have ac . nice and quiet. spacious! bed are so comfortable linen are nice clean . smells nice and soft . and towels. lots of shops around. and Robinson mall just 5 minutes walk. I love the big TV. and the view from the window the pasig river just stunning. just need Lundy room washing machine. yes I would recommend this place .and definitely would stay again.

It was a humble abode yet one of the most comfortable places I've been in. It's very accessible as well! It's a 10 minute walk to SM Seaside and or MOA. There are malls, convenience stores, and fast food restaurants around the area as well. Very accomodating and responsive host as well. Will definitely comeback if we need a place to stay in the area! Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

We stayed for almost a whole month and this house did not disappoint. The house is well equipped of all your basic needs, i would even say beyond basic needs. The owners are very helpful and always gives a quick response to queries. They are also very welcoming and tries to accomodate all our needs. The house itself is very clean and the interior is just as pictured. Located in a safe neighborhood.

Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!

We had a great time at Amica's place. Probably one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at! The place is quite spacious and had everything we needed for a staycation. Location is very convenient - near Poblacion and Rockwell. Hosts communicated quickly and accommodated our late weekend check-in. Would definitely book again!

Ideal for a quick overnight before departure at NAIA Term 1. Grace is such a suiting name for the owner- very warm, genuine, lovely person- easy to make friends with. It was my fault for NOT paying attention of the unit's entire description, being in the 3rd Floor with no elevator. However, was not at all a show-stopper, Grace was very much willing to help to haul my luggage up the stairs. The road leading to the property is a typical Manila residential/ neighborhood small businesses area, but once you enter the apartment complex, it gives you a much safer and quiet feel. I sure will stay here again, for the same purpose.

The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

We had a great stay at sir Andrian’s place. The place is located near malls and can be easily reached by food deliveries. The area is peaceful and can we really felt homey. The unit is same as described. All the necessities we need are available to use. The living area is just perfect for Netflix and chill. The kitchen is complete with microwave and kitchenwares. We really enjoyed the mini pool. This is really the highlight of our stay since we were able to chill and just relax. Their bed is also suberb, very comfy that is perfect for rest. We’ll definitely consider this place again when we go back and recommend to our friends. Thank you sir Andrian and Tatay for accommodating us. Everything is smooth from check in to check out!
