Vacation rentals with a home theater in Paranaque City

The unit was small but served its purpose for a simple stay were you can sleep, relax and cook a little. Fridge was a great help in storing our geoceries. I liked how it was a few steps from the elevator and garbage disposal room. The host was also friendly and very responsive. 😊

Definitely worth the price! Place itself was secure, nearby shops, and they were responsive. Extended for another night and they were very accommodating. Thank you! Will definitely book again.

Williams place was excellent and was what we expected per the AirBnB post. This location is fantastic and would be hard to pass up. You will not find a better location for ease of access to the Venice Grand Canal mall.

We had a fantastic stay over the weekend! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless. They were friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome from the start. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

My stay was fantastic! The place is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It was at the center of all the places I needed to go, making my trip incredibly convenient. The host was accommodating and ensured a smooth experience. I will definitely be rebooking in the future. Highly recommended!

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the amenities, to the helpful and efficient service of the caretakers. I definitely recommend this to everyone, and will definitely book again should the opportunity arise.

-Anne's place looked exactly as it did in the photos. -House is inexpensive considering the number of rooms. -Located in a gated subdivision. -Accessible for GrabFood delivery riders. - Prompt; When we needed something, they were easy to reach. The owners were so kind and accommodating to our special requests. We really appreciate all the help. Your house was what we needed at that time - a simple place to rest and recharge so we can be nearer our family and relatives at that time. Again, thank you!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The place was spacious and great for our group of 8. Location was convenient, with lots of nearby convenience stores—even big ones like 7/11. WiFi was fast and reliable, though the provided password didn’t work—we used the default from the router (minor issue). A few things need improvement: the stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor have one step that can be lifted and two others that are loose—potential safety risk. The aircon in the large 3rd floor room barely cooled and likely needs cleaning. The kitchen knife was a real bummer—very dull and hard to use, which made cooking frustrating. No complimentary shampoo, only body soap—not a big deal for us, but worth noting. All doorknobs felt worn and should be replaced. Despite these, we still had a pleasant stay. With a few fixes, this place could be even better for future guests.

We had a good time in the house, it’s very clean and modern, we really felt we are home. And Miss Jillie is very responsive and very accommodating, she is very kind and caring! Such a great place to stay, and an amazing host, will surely book again!

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay at Laurice’s property was exceptionally pleasant. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient and provided easy access to SM Mall of Asia. It has also Alfamart, a coffee shop, Restos in the area. I highly commend Ms. Laurice’s for her excellent communication and responsiveness throughout our booking process and stay. We experienced a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property to future guests.🩷

First, I would like to commend the unit’s interior design. It looks small in the first look but once you go inside and live on it you’ll realize how the space was maximize very well. To add up, I love the color combination of gray and nude colors. Secondly, I really love how they have floor mats in every door, and trash bins in every corner, these are my standards of a good hotel/unit. Lastly, the host was very approachable, checking on us from the very beginning and from time to time. She even offered us free drinks for the little inconvenience we had experienced. Overall, the place was perfect, but the host made it even more. We had three wonderful days together inside. I wasn’t wrong choosing this place to celebrate our first month of love and Valentines. Thank you ❤️

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Communication was a bit of a challenge due to short notice of instructions after booking such as submission of guest list and restrictions on guests. But overall, the place was very nice and convenient. Definitely good for watch-parties or simple staycation :) the host was also very accommodating. Would definitely book again next time if we have the chance.

The condo was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless. The modern amenities made the stay really comfortable—there’s a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a private balcony that’s perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sunshine. The master bedroom felt like a little sanctuary, with a comfy bed and a big cabinet for storage. Overall, the place looks really modern, all the furniture is new, and there are clear instructions for everything so you won’t get confused. It’s also super accessible since it’s on the first floor right next to the lobby (which made picking up GrabFood super easy!), close to the elevator (great for us since we had a senior with a wheelchair), and also near the stairs. My two-week stay at your unit was nothing short of perfect. So grateful for the pleasant experience! Will surely recommend and come back next time 😊

Had a nice stay. The room has a dedicated workplace - very helpful for a remote employee like me. We also had a great fun with their board games and cards. Will surely book it in our next trip.
