Villa vacation rentals in Panama City Beach

I could not say enough about the place! It is exactly as described and more. Did not realize we were getting the amenities that came with this resort, so that was a huge bonus! It was super clean and I am picky! Beds are comfortable! Beach is super close and you can call a tram to transport you anywhere on the resort property. We loved that! Basketball and tennis literally right beside us. Lagoon pool is close but the pool right around the corner is less busy and relaxing. The communication was great, fast responses. We will be coming back and have already looked at other properties they own to see what else they have to offer bc we know we will get exactly what is described.

This Condo was very nice and clean. My Family and I felt right at home and loved the place! Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone of my Family and Friends! This Condo was located in close proximity to everything and the Golf Cart was a very nice added bonus , we took it everywhere

Cody's place was absolutely beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice! It was very clean, and smelled so good! The location was perfect, which made our walk to the beach literally 1-2 minutes! The beach view from the rooftop was beautiful as well! If you have anyone traveling with you that doesn't do well with stairs, please know that the kitchen and main living area is on the 4th floor! Cody was an amazing host! He responded in less than 5 minutes after receiving my messages! He's the best host we've used thus far! I rate this villa 10/10! If I could rate higher, I would!!

Was perfect for what we were down for. Super clean place with a very responsive host! Literally the best spot on the beach with a little cove the kids played in! Will stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay here! This place is very clean and exactly as described. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations on things to do. It is in a very convenient location and just a short walk to the community pool. The golf cart is a nice addition and made getting around extremely easy! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and felt like home. Beds were also comfortable. Only bummer was cell reception (Verizon) was basically nonexistent but that’s not the hosts fault.

We liked everything, the apartment was well furnished, cozy. The territory is large, many pools. The beach is 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The tram runs very often. The beach is large. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The hostess is very responsive, immediately responds to requests. Thank you, Tonya, for our vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place! We were celebrating our son’s graduation with parents, siblings and grandparents. The location was perfect. The beds were comfy. The amenities were fantastic. We will be back!

We enjoyed this beautiful condo so much! It was perfect for our family of 7. Kids loved feeding the turtles outside on the balcony. The beds were comfy, shower was wonderful and layout was perfect. The numerous beach toys provided the kids lots of play time on the beach and in the lagoon pool. Walk to beaches and pools were great, tram was awesome if we didn’t wanna walk. Highly recommend this listing and we would definitely book again!! Thank you for providing a fun first beach vacation for our blended family!!

Honestly, I felt mislead by the listing versus what we actually got. This is like a hotel. Not sure what Leavetown has to do with it , but you deal with margaritaville folks only. This set up is not what I prefer ; I like to deal with private owner homes and direct hosts. This was a hotel set up and that’s not what I wanted. They advertise your steps the beach from your backyard, but in fact only a few actually touch the beach. The other units are across a main road and inside a community. Don’t expect anything inside the house other than the absolute bare minimum? ( again think hotel set up - towels , soap , shampoo ). There are no personal touches , no games for kids etc. absolutely nothing in the kitchen except dishes so we couldn’t keep any food leftovers in Tupperware or cook anything ( zero spices , foil etc ). All that said , the home was pristine and clean , the bedding very comfy. Set up was great for families. Great home if you are looking for hotel type property

WOW, we loved the privacy this property provided! We brought our grown children and friends along and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything. We loved the cleanliness, convenience and the owner’s attention to details. Jodey was extremely quick to respond to anything we needed. We will plan to stay here every single time we visit the area! We really enjoyed our stay! We love this neighborhood and have stayed in other units previously. The place was clean and well taken care of. It’s definitely lacking compared to our other stays in 30A in regards to what it offers like baby supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. They supply starter items for bathrooms and kitchen and that was plenty for us. They have some beach supplies (some of which we bought and left) and bikes so that was great! If you come prepared with all that you’ll need, then it’s a lovely stay.

Beautiful views! Loved the fenced yard which was perfect for the dog, especially since the beaches in PCB are not dog friendly. The chairs at the end of the yard were a great touch. The condo had everything you could need. The place is older and could use updating in all areas, including the patios. The guest bed and pillows were too firm for my liking. Like many of the places at the beach you can hear foot traffic and cars outside at night from the guest room (master room gets the sound of the waves though - lucky!), but luckily this location has much less traffic than the east side. Beach not crowded at all which was great - good quiet location. Bathrooms were surprisingly nice. Hope to stay here again in future

We loved our stay. Steps to the beach, definitely worth it

First check in was easy and the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. We received the cutest welcome box with directions and small welcome gifts. The community is private and tucked away. Safe for walking and family friendly. The beach and pool were both very close and easy to access. Both walkable distances. The house we stayed in was emasculate! Better than described or as we imagined. We were pleasantly surprised to find a private hot tub. Our back patio faced the pool. The 2nd floor back porches also overlooked the pool. The house we chose had 5 bedroooms and 5 baths I believe. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The hosts were proactive and communicative, checking in with us to see how things were going. Restaurants and things to do were all a quick Uber ride or drive to anything we needed. Loved it, will def stay again.

Beautiful home across the street from the beach. The rooftop is the icing on the cake! Gorgeous views and comfortable furniture. The home is exactly as described and the pictures were accurate.

Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!

Great location. It was great being right on the beach. The spacious back porch was great post beach day! Great sunsets!
