We had such a relaxing weekend—just what we all needed! The home is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly situated by the bay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when I thought we had an issue (which turned out to be user error!). Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a lovely setting! We will be back!

House had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and spacious, beds are comfy. Backyard relaxing. Would rent again if we return to this area. Easy access and easy communication with host. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Dustch's place! The apartment was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and so did our fur babies. Dutch was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

We enjoyed our two-week stay. The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described. It felt like home. Bed was comfy, all amenities we needed were provided. It was great to have washer and dryer, and the large tv and surround sound was a bonus. We appreciated the safe development; it was gated and in a great location. We could walk to several bars and restaurants. We loved the Beach House and the pool right by the beach. It was nice to have so many pools, green spaces for our dog, tennis and pickleball courts as well. We would definitely stay again!

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

Very clean place close to the beach. Loved the pool area that had the shallow part where the chairs could sit and you could just have your feet in. I’d stay here again.

This was my family’s first experience staying in a Airbnb at the beach, and it was great! The location was very convenient and the walk to the beach was super easy. Seth provides everything you could need from dishwasher pods to full kitchen needs and even an umbrella for the beach. We were very pleased with all the amenities provided. We would highly recommend this clean Airbnb, and will most likely revisit again one day in the future!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

WOW!!! I cannot say enough great things about my overall experience at this place. The professionalism and communication between myself and the host was exceptional. I had questions about local places to eat at….answered. I requested to leave my car at the AirBNB before check-in time so that I could cruise around on a golf cart while we waited…they allowed it. I had an issue getting the tv connected to wifi late at night….they responded with a solution. Apart from that, the pictures and the amenities were all accurate. Some highlights for us were the hot tub, the comfort of the beds, and the dog pet waste station conveniently placed in the bag yard. I believe we were lucky to find the perfect place for us and our dogs. There will never be a time where I am not trying to book this place again when I come back to Panama City Beach! Thank you for a great experience!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Wow! Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our host Nina was outstanding—so responsive and kind, which made us feel truly welcomed. The condo was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and so cozy! But the real highlight? The breathtaking ocean view! Sitting on the balcony, watching the waves and soaking in the beauty was simply magical. The location couldn’t have been better, and thanks to Nina, we felt right at home. We can’t wait to return!

Highly recommend this beautiful condo. The view was especially amazing from the balcony. Jeremy was very quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating. We had an amazing time!

My fiancé and I have stayed here a few times now and each time has been the best experience. The location could not be better, the backyard/hot tub are the perfect amenities to have during the cooler season and Chad is always very responsive and attentive to any needs or concerns that we have had. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our favorite part of this Airbnb was the outdoor shower and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the tanning chairs in the backyard too. The location was great because it was a quick walk to the beach and everything was close and easy to drive to. It felt like a very safe neighborhood and we felt relaxed and safe the entire time. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Also, Sheila is very kind and she was quick to respond to any messages/questions that I had. We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

Jennifer and Mike’s home is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal, just add food. The beds are comfy and the showers are fabulous. We loved the patio for coffee and reading while our dog like wandering around in the gated backyard. We will try to book next year! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home as if it were ours.

Perfect stay for our son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything and a 5 min walk to the beach. A plus was they have everything you need for the beach including chairs and towels. Great memories made with our family. We would definitely stay again!
