Our idyllic little studio apartment is in the heart of historic downtown, where great restaurants, wine bars, cozy terraces await you. The main landmarks are just at your fingertips, and you can also find a grocery store and drugstore within 50 meters. The apartment's kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a kettle, or you can find the most necessary things for cooking. A air conditioner takes care of a pleasant and constant temperature. The accommodation is on the ground floor, but not accessible, two stairs lead to it.

The vacation home is located directly at the National Park Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag and is therefore unique. At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

Historical center, shops, restaurants - everything the city can offer is just a step away. This apartment is quiet (even though tram stop is close) because it is oriented to a silent courtyard. Naive Home decorations are inspired by folk ornaments, all are handpainted. We are located on 2nd floor with elevator in residential building

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Our two apartments in Mörbisch, furnished with a lot of love, are waiting for you :-))) We are very much looking forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m², has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace. It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.
