The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. Streckhof Frauenkirchen is a family-friendly, 150 year old farmhouse 10 min from Neusiedlersee & 55 min from Vienna. Our home has air conditioning & a wood burning fireplace. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & a large kitchen/living area, & room for 8 guests. There is an outdoor eating & lounge area, and an extensive garden play area. Wooden play gym in the kids’ room so kids can play no matter the weather. Parking in front of the house, & a direct train connection to Vienna.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house.
