Lovely double room in an apartment right in the centre of Palma, in the neighbourhood of La Lonja, 5 minutes away from the Cathedral, the Port, Plaza de Born, shops and restaurants. My home will allow you to visit and stay in one of the most well-known areas in Palma. It is close to everything yet in a very peaceful street in the real 'casco antiguo'. You will also have access to my little rooftop terrace in which I grow some of my food. You can relax, have a drink or enjoy a dinner outdoors.

My house, located in Son Espanyolet, is a 10 minute walk from the picturesque Santa Catalina neighborhood, 15 minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes from the cathedral. Right in front of my apartment there is a bus stop that goes straight downtown. In addition, the neighborhood has all the amenities: supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, etc... Views of Bellver Castle on the mountain to the sea and a part of the harbor. The room has a Climalit window
