Monthly Rentals in Palm City

Janet's place was just as listed and described in the photos. the check in process was easy and I really loved the combination deadbolt lock! ( no keys to remember/lose) the bed was very comfortable and an assortment of pillows were provided. The A/C worked very well and it was unseasonably hot the weeks I was there. The wall mount fan was also helpful. the TV is mounted on the wall with an adjustable in/out and tilt, that made watching tv at the table or laying in bed enjoyable. The TV was pre loaded with tons of free channels! The kitchen has equipped with all the basic essentials. The patio was lovely to look at, it was to hot for me to enjoy the beautiful space. The neighborhood is quite and safe. I would recommend this place for 1 or 2 people, or it may feel crowded. There is a pull out couch for more sleeping accommodations. I would stay again! Janet was friendly and offered many tips.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was very clean and exactly as described, we brought our 23’ boat, the dock was perfect, plenty of space at the house to park the trailer, the neighborhood launch area was very nice, easy in easy out! Our host was very responsive, checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed, additionally we were warmly welcomed by the neighbors, especially our neighbor Don, he was super, very friendly and welcoming! The location was perfect, not in a super busy area, yet close to Stuart which has many fabulous restaurants which we enjoyed both by a quick boat ride (dock n dine) as well as an easy car ride. Publix grocery store is an easy 5 min drive, we enjoyed our daily walks thru the neighborhood and all the neighbors we encountered were friendly, there are also pickleball courts nearby which we enjoyed, again welcomed by fellow players. If you are looking for a good place to stay with or without a boat, please consider this one, you won’t be disappointed!

David was very responsive! He was able to accommodate a bit of an earlier check in that my family appreciated as we landed earlier. The home was amazing with modern finishes with a great pool, fireplace, and grill that we used every day and night. Also, having a mini fridge outside and an ice machine made it fun to really embrace the evenings. There was plenty of towels and the bedrooms were set up very organized with plenty of linens. My daughters loved the bunk bed room and the games/toys that were in there. The landscaping is immaculate and really beautiful with butterflies flying around to add to the ambiance. We were able to get to a Publix and a Costco within 10-15 minutes as well. Very memorable trip with my family and parents.

I had a great time during my visit to Palm City. The apartment was perfect for what I needed and was very clean. I was working during the week and visiting the grandkids in the evening, so I didn't get to enjoy the pool or dock areas but had a great visit. Thanks for everything.
