House vacation rentals in Pacific Beach, San Diego

I am a San Diego local, but my family was coming to town and we needed more space. I picked this place because I knew my sister and brother-in-law would love being able to walk to all the restaurants and brewery nearby and my 6 year old nephew would get a lot of use out of the pool. The place exceeded my expectations, it was perfect for everyone. We spent a lot of time in the backyard swimming or playing board games, and my Mom got a lot of use out of the hot tub. Communication with the host was excellent and the place was comfortable and clean. The only downside is my family might visit too often now!

Great place to stay! Very clean and great pool for the family! Close to SeaWorld and Malls! Definately would stay here again and Brian was a great host and very responsive when we needed him.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. Our host was incredibly informative and always quick to respond to any questions. He also gave us some great insight into the area, which really helped us make the most of our trip. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Mari Katherine’s Airbnb for a girl’s weekend in SD! It is a beautiful home that was spacious and thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home feels private, but was in a fantastic location in North Park that was easily walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Mari Katherine sent clear instructions leading up to our stay, so the logistics of check in were clear and easy! When some logistical challenges came up during our stay, Mari Katherine was very responsive (even late in the evening) and offered solutions - we would be thrilled to visit again!

Exactly as the other reviewers have described, it is just a beautiful oasis in a perfect quiet neighborhood. Don’t wait, book now!

The location is unbeatable, and the views are breathtaking. Mark was responsive and thoughtful throughout the whole booking process. Once we were checked in, he reached out to make sure we were all good and had what we needed. I would love to come back here. Thanks for having us, Mark!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this adorable home. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay and was very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and centrally located. Lindsay was super responsive and the home had great bonus areas such as the rooftop. Thank you!!

The hosts were very accomodating and communicative as well as the place exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, well kept, and has everything you’ll need and more. The beach and plenty of restaurants and corner stores were within walking distance. The sleeping arrangements were super comfy and clean. Snacks, water, coffee, toiletries, laundry, and beach supplies for the family were provided and made us feel taken care of. We especially enjoyed sitting by the fire at night. 10/10 recommend! My family and I are looking forward to making it an annual stay.

We absolutely adored our stay! The home was gorgeous and exactly as pictured/described, with beautiful views of San Diego, lots of space for our group size, and a gorgeous patio where we spent lots of our time. Sydney and Jack's home was the perfect place to celebrate a special family occasion. It is beautiful, clean and stocked with the right supplies. I had a letdown when I had to come home to my house :). They were so lovely to work with and were great communicators. We loved the location - especially for coffee and the beach!

We enjoyed our visit to San Diego and this house was located in a great area of town. Quiet neighborhood with a nice yard if you want to hang out outside. Full kitchen and I was able to make all our meals with what was provided in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. Comfortable seating in living room and nice table and chairs.

Right on mission Beach, the pictures accurately conveyed the size and we comfortably slept 10 people.

Host was very responsive, gave clear instructions, and our stay was great! The place was clean, modern, and legitimately steps from the beach. Would highly recommend!!

The only thing better than the location was the overall experience with the host! Our car battery died as we were leaving and Erin was quick to give us a jump start. Lifesaver! This place is definitely on our list to come back to!

The place was perfect for what I needed. I was staying there to go to the Del Mar fair grounds. Parking was easy. Location was good, there was a grocery store and many coffee shops on the same street. It is on a Main Street so it can get slightly loud. But it wasn’t too overwhelming. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions and recommendations. Overall was a great stay.

Spencer and his co-host Kathy were great hosts! They were exceptional communicators, both friendly and lightning fast with responses. The Airbnb itself is in a great location, with lots to do and see nearby, with access to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. We were in town to visit our daughter at UCSD, and the place was very comfortable and pet-friendly too. An added bonus was a clear view of the fireworks every night from SeaWorld! I highly recommend this place and we'll definitely consider it again on a future trip to San Diego!!
