Vacation rentals with beach access in Pacific Beach, San Diego

Jasmines place is a gem! In a very peaceful area, beautiful view to walk out to every morning. The outside deck was a huge plus, very cozy. She not only gave us good food recommendations but was very flexible with our check out time. Would recommend to anyone!

Stayed at Angela’s beach condo for a week and a half and loved it so much! So nice to have a dedicated parking spot as we’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and sometimes finding parking can be tricky. It was wonderful to be close to the beach and my favorite PB restaurants - I could easily walk to get coffee, pastries, tacos, and a great local yoga studio. Would love to be back in the future - thanks for a great trip Angela!

My partner and I stayed here for 5 days , it was a great experience! The host was responsive and accommodating when a couple issues popped up. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Walking distance to beach and bay!

We loved the location ! Beach in view, restaurants and grocery stores a quick walk away. Appreciated the parking space! Although we didn’t use the beach supplies, there was everything you would need for fun!

This wonderful find was amazing!! Beautiful decor, not cluttered, very clean and everything had a place and easy to find. They made sure that if you forgot something, they had it there for you! Richard literally thought of everything, we were amazed!! Very cozy outside with a lovely fireplace to sit around and beds to sit in the sun 😎 If you stumble across this place, you will not be disappointed ! Thank you Richard for opening up your place to us , your communication and helpfulness during our stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Rob’s. The location is impossible to beat with amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops all in walking distance. The space is small as it is a studio but it was perfect for a long weekend with myself and my husband. Communication was extremely fast and everything was smooth as can be with our hosts!

Appreciated the stay. Second time there, in a new part of the Airbnb unit. It was great! My kids made a neighborly friend the whole trip. Quiet area. Aside from the very obvious hierarchy of dog-owners and their dogs, due to dog beach, I would go again.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's home in Pacific Beach! The house was spotless, check-in was a breeze thanks to the keypad entry, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. We especially loved the beautiful floral bushes lining the driveway; they were in full bloom and smelled incredible, adding such a charming touch to the property. We couldn't have asked for more comfortable beds! While the home is a bit farther from the beach than we initially expected based on the map, we still really enjoyed our daily walks through the neighborhood. That said, we’d recommend having a car to make exploring the area and getting to the beach more convenient. Overall, it was a peaceful, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay. We'd happily return and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

The cottage had everything we needed and more, location was very walkable and recommendations for the local pub and coffee shops were very helpful! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a laid back San Diego trip.

Our family had an amazing time. Perfect place to spend family time together. The rooftop outdoor space was a favorite spot for all of us. Convenient location. Quick walk to Bay and good local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a blast at Heather's place! It was really close to everything and it allowed us to remain close to our friends and family. The place was spacious and had everything we needed for our getaway. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is a ten minute walk to the beach. There’s a sprouts three minutes away and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location with a very great host. Very kind people. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay! What a great location and view! Gorgeous. Walkable to so many wonderful places. Great food, beaches, stores, beach boardwalk and more. A close drive to the Zoo, La Jolla and beautiful parks. Not too far from the airport. The place was very clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Awesome stay! Super clean and comfy

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Wonderful stay! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a week long visit to San Diego. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Easy walk to the beach and many local eateries. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great location on Mission Beach. Emmy's book of local suggestions was great for finding good food in the area. Centrally located to all different San Diego attractions which was great. Loved the beach being right outside the door as well as the ability to walk all around Mission Beach. My family and I even walked to Pacific beach. Emmy was wonderful with checking in on my family. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice place. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. If ever in San Diego again, my family will definitely stay here again.
