An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

The garden has gas BBQ, lounge/dining area with canal views from the back. Oxford centre is a 15 min walk, Port Meadow 5 min walk -the bars & restaurants in Jericho just a 5 min walk.
