House vacation rentals in Oxford

We stayed at the house for weekend of birthday celebrations, the house was great and the garden, pool and surroundings were fabulous. The kitchen area was perfect for gatherings and loads of space to unpack. The beds were really comfortable, maybe an option to have a couple of additional twin beds as the majority were all double. The house was spotless and with the weather being perfect we couldn’t have asked for more. Anne was accommodating in all requests and information about the local area. I would highly recommend this property, we had a fabulous weekend.

Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

This little estate is beautiful, the wildlife was amazing, I went with a toddler and my husband and very pregnant. Walkable playgrounds and a trampoline, swimming pool in the spa is lovely inside outside pool. Perfect for little one. Really enjoyed the peacefulness. Bank holiday weeks are very busy and everything requires to be booked so we were grateful to have several days without the peek of the holidays. House has lovely bedrooms. Was a much needed break after having to cancel a holiday to Greece due to pregnancy complications we picked this little village and was totally worth it. Day trips out to Cotswold wildlife is a worth a trip and Cirencester (we’ve been a few time is still a beautiful little town) worth bringing some essential you may need if cooking within the house.

We stayed here to celebrate my Dad’s 70th birthday as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, it’s very clean and the interior suits the surroundings perfectly. The view of the water is stunning and so lovely to look at first thing in the morning! I would highly recommend. There’s also lots to do on site which is real bonus. We walked to the local pub, the Bakers Arms which we’d highly recommend for a short but pleasant walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great house for 3 generations for half term break. Plenty of space to spread out, more than enough beds and bathrooms for 9 of us. Child friendly and lots of suitable books and games. We had a super time and fully recommend . We all fancy a return trip👍

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Loved our stay here. Really peaceful & lovely surroundings, although we were here for a 70th birthday celebrations, there was still loads to do for the kids! Swimming, canoeing, football, tennis & the play area, will be staying here again & also recommending to all our friends

This was everything we needed and more, there is a range of sports equipment, toys and books for the kids and travel cots, all sorts of thoughtful items. An abundance of under explained helpful additions that make it a very well thought out accommodation and place to stay. Couldn’t recommend enough!

It’s a beautiful and quite space that everyone of us enjoyed very much. Oxford is a small town and every spot is within walking distance, great experience and we definitely recommending to friends.

We had an amazing stay at Thyme Cottage. It is an absolutely charming space with a beautiful garden - in an enchanting village with the kindest people! We loved walking from Blenheim Palace to the cottage and also enjoyed the delicious bread and jam Alison had left as a gift. This was a magical stay - thank you Alison!

We had a great time at Paula's place! It's so lovely and cozy, in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet just a quick walk away from the station and the city centre. She even organized a high chair for our baby, and welcomed us with everything for a wonderful breakfast. We couldn't use the garden as it was too cold, but it looked wonderful, too - the perfect place to relax after a long day out.

The house was absolutely lovely – the perfect getaway for us and a few friends. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Phoebe was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and welcoming, even greeting us when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed on the night of our wedding. Jane made us feel very welcome and left a treat for us as a gift which was much appreciated… would recommend to stay with such fantastic host!

Great stay in a great neighbourhood, quiet yet so close to everything you'll need in Oxford

A perfect stay for us. A quiet location and we had some relaxing moments outside watching the sunsets in the evenings. Lesley has been fantastic. We mislaid a key to the cottage and she was so quick to get us another one. So impressed. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were pristine and the lounge had the most comfy sofa I've been on in an Airbnb. All in all a great experience.

Amy’s house is lovely - just as shown in the photos. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen/diner area which gave plenty of space for cooking and eating, as well as children playing. Beds were comfy and showers powerful. The location is within easy driving distance of Oxford and lots of attractions - and has a good selection of local pubs and takeaways nearby. Parking for one car in driveway and we were fortunate to be able to park other one opposite - and I imagine there would always be space nearby. The house felt very private/quiet when inside, which was really nice. Thanks for having us Amy!

Stylish cottage in a great location. The house was well equipped and very clean and we felt at home straight away. It’s an easy walk into town with pubs, restaurants and a Waitrose nearby. The bus runs to Oxford from just down the street. The hosts are very friendly and communication was very good. We enjoyed our time here and hope to stay again in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Easy access into all of Oxford, tourist attractions and very close to the train station. Loved the bath and decent sized bathroom. Nice to have a dining table and kitchen island to sit at and lovely little garden space. Some areas did look a little tired, but very happy with our stay.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Clementine Cottage. The location is fantastic—an easy walk to both the town center and Blenheim Palace. We had a car and really appreciated the convenience of a designated parking spot. The cottage itself is charming, clean, and very comfortable. While it’s located off a busy road and there was some traffic noise during the day, it quieted down at later at night and didn’t affect our sleep. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to return in the future.

Two of us spent a perfect week in this lovely home. It was comfortable, clean and extremely well-organized. We had everything we needed, and living here was very easy. The weather was warm, and we enjoyed sitting in the sweet garden. It was even prettier than it was in the photos. Becky was very kind, and was able to offer us an early checkin which was so appreciated. We loved being in Jericho. Easy walking to everything in Oxford, and charming cafes. Also, nice access to Oxford Meadows. We would absolutely return when we're in Oxford.

Hill view cottage was dreamy from top to bottom. Our host, the lodging and the surroundings were so lovely. Everything was perfection. We will be back! Thank you for a magical little vacation Hill View!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Jake's! Having lived in Oxford before, I can say that the location is fantastic. I was worried it would be a bit loud given the neighborhood and was very impressed at how little noise there was at night. We really loved the well-supplied kitchen and the beautiful skylit dining area. Jake was extremely kind and responsive, even offering to accept a package that I'd had delivered from London. I'll absolutely be staying again.

Very nice place and no problema at all with the host. We only stayed for 2 nights and didn’t spend much at the house. But we had all of our expectations covered
