Ana and Javier are very friendly hosts, always attentive to whether we needed anything. The house has everything you need to be at peace. A very quiet area, with easy access to bars and shops. Very comfortable beds and everything is super clean and tidy.

This is a very comfortable country house in a quiet area, but close to roads and a sort drive to Oviedo. The host is wonderful ~ very accommodating and helpful. She dhelped us out a lot when we had some Amazon deliveries go astray. The house is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay

Beautiful view of the beach and lots of tranquility to enjoy a well-deserved rest. The accommodation is taken care of and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and is located in a very good and well-connected area Ana and María Luisa are exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We feel at home

The stay at the house was a dream. It is just as described in the pictures. Careful, beautiful and thoughtful decoration. Nothing is missing. Comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and a spectacular garden. The location is excellent, very close to Gijón and in a strategic place to visit Asturias. The area is very peaceful, ideal to disconnect. Communication with Jorge was excellent, a great person, always attentive to make sure we were comfortable and left us a delicious Asturian sponge cake as a gift. Thank you for everything! If we return to the area, we'll be back :)

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

The house is just as you can see in the photos, a very quiet rural area, ideal for resting and disconnecting. Sergio , the host, super friendly and willing.The even a detail on arrival for us and for our dog ( who finally couldn't come ). Highly recommended.

Great stay. Flexible entrance and Noelia was super friendly. We were left some food tidbit and we were also able to leave the floor a pelt later than usual. I would totally recommend it.

I give 5 stars to Cesar's apartment because there are no more stars. The apartment is a beauty, super clean and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cesar left us something for breakfast and rich chocolates. Everything clean and spotless. The very quiet building, we never saw another tenant. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the historic part of the city. I will recommend Cesar's apartment to all my friends and family.

Susanna’s apartment was a beautiful little place to stay featuring a lovely terrace, and all the amenities that we needed. Very secure and very well kept property. Great restaurants within a few blocks walk. Also beautiful parks nearby.

The apartment matches the description. Spacious and bright. Central, close to everything and at the same time very quiet for sleeping. We arrived walking from the train station, the area is safe. Carmen is an extremely warm and attentive host, she allowed us to complete several hours before check-in and received us in person accompanying us to the car parking lot. There are details to feel like at home, books with beautiful photos of Asturias and a folder with recommendations about Oviedo.

David is an excellent host. We arrived later than the agreed time and not only did he NOT have any problems, but he offered us all the amenities in the world. At check-out, since I didn't have any pending check-ins, he offered to let us leave at any time we wanted. He was always available and answered messages very quickly. He advised us on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great, everything too. I recommend it!

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.

We had a very comfortable stay. Marta and Cipri have been very attentive@s. The accommodation has all the amenities that may be needed, cerce of recommended sites to visit. We would repeat!

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town

The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Alicia is a great host, she helped us a lot and was super attentive with some personal difficulties we had, nothing to do with the accommodation that is exceptional, clean and very well kept, with a wonderful location. Celsa was an amazing host! Always reaching out, asking how she could help, came to welcome us into the house and we felt right at home! He mom even made delicious cookies for us!! It was so sweet, we met her dad outside taking a morning walk one day and he was so wholesome. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re with family and want to feel right in the hills of Asturias in an authentic place! It is just about 20 min from both Gijon and Oviedo, which is incredible so you can go for a day visit whenever you want and even have dinner there and then come back in for the night so quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for, I wish we stayed longer and used that beautiful outdoor patio! One thing to notice, which is already in the listing (so no surprises there) is that the flat is on the second floor without an elevator, so if you have mobility issues or carry a lot of bags/heavy strollers, it might be something to consider.
