The condo was renovated in 2019 with brand new EVERYTHING (floors, kitchen, bathroom, carpet, windows, HVAC, etc.)! All finishes are high end giving the feeling of a lux stay. This Cottage is truly a place to get away for a romantic weekend! Your year round destination, all seasons have something special to offer. Hiking, biking, and water sports in the spring, summer and fall. National Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison is 6 miles away. For the winter traveler we have three ski resorts an hour away in each direction. And as always, sightseeing in the fresh mountain air can’t be beat! Our bedding is top notch as well as our towels!

Updated in 2018, this quaint 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is perfectly located only one block from Main Street on the south end of town near the Ice Park and Box Canyon Falls. The home has a 50" Smart TV, wireless internet, a ready to cook-in kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. The house also has a huge grassy yard, views in all directions, and plenty of parking for jeeps, truck and trailer combo, etc. The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps four guests.
