The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. Updated in 2018, this quaint 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is perfectly located only one block from Main Street on the south end of town near the Ice Park and Box Canyon Falls. Updated and cozy in town 3 bedroom home. Spectacular views all around. Short walk to Uncompaghre river trail, restaurants and shopping. Two large porches and great upper deck with awesome views of the Sneffels range. Fenced in backyard. The back porch has a charcoal BBQ for you to use. There is internet TV, but no cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.
