The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Experience elevated camping in our glamping tents that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tents are cleverly designed with cozy fireplaces, a queen bed and some comforts from home. Our location offers mountain views and vast open skies for stargazing, as well as close proximity to the hot springs. Our heated bath house is a short 1 minute (or less) walk away from the tents.

Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.
