Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child friendly.

The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

From here there are good opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming or paddling in nearby fjord waters, hiking and cycling. Possibility to rent a SUP, kayak and bicycle. Approx. 20 min by car to Fredrikstad city center and Skjærhalden

Cabin idyll 35 minutes from Oslo, by Lake Mjær. Cozy cabin with a fantastic location with a private sandy beach, floating jetty, boat with electric motor, and canoe. The cabin has 5G Wi-Fi. Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything in the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor and the canoe. There is a shallow and child-friendly sandy beach. A few meters out there is good depth. Good fishing opportunities, with different local fish species The TV is connected with Apple TV

The apartment is a separate part of our home. It is 50 m2 and consists of a combined TV room and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. 2 bedrooms. Porch with seating area and gas grill. High-speed WIFI and cable TV via fiber optic network. Fire protection via alarm center. The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

Cozy little holiday home on Spjærøy on Hvaler. The brewery house is part of an old small farm and the hosts live in the main house. Here, you can enjoy quiet and peaceful days in the garden, or go for a walk to the lake. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that partly roam freely.

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.
