South Halden is only 15-20 min with Halden train and bus station, the harbor, the jetty, cultural hall, all the city's dining places and restaurants. Schultzedalen, which is the city center's fantastic natural pearl, is located 5 minutes from the house.

The home is located fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor is approx. 115 m². Here there are two large bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a nice newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. High chair and sprinkler bed for children can be provided on request.
