The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in the woods and swimming in the sea. The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. The cabin offers a cabin and holiday feeling with modern amenities such as TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for a relaxing holiday all year round! There are sleeping places for 9 people, but note that the cabin is small and it can be a bit cramped for 9 adults.

Here, you can enjoy quiet and peaceful days in the garden, or go for a walk to the lake. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that partly roam freely.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Company residence / holiday home with jacuzzi

Bring your family or your girlfriend, or your employees and enjoy a peaceful, modern, charming house in the country. The house is comfortable with, among other things, 2 luxurious bathrooms. There is a private fenced, sheltered garden where you can enjoy the hot tub with birdsong and something good in the glass. Right by the forest, hiking trails, the scout hut with a campfire site only 400 m away. The hot tub is closed for the winter between December 1st - April 1st. 🫧🛀
