Approximately 105 sqm. The accommodation is located in a quiet cabin area with proximity to both forest and sea. Two patios are available from the apartment. Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area next to the fjord. 1,5 km to bus stop 2 km to the center/grocery store/restaurants

This is a modern basementflat with all fascilities. Situated in a quiet area, only five minuts walk from the oldtown, Kongstenhallen, bus stop and ferry. You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. We live in the house. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping and cultural events. The area has many greenlungs to enjoy. Close to footballcourts, tennis, golf, camping, swimmingpool outdoor. The old fortress, foodshoops and plenty more.

Separate entrance for the apartment. 700 meters to the swimming area with a small sandy beach, lawn, rock, slide, diving board, floating jetty and jetties. Nice hiking opportunities in forests and along highways. 60 km to Oslo. 7 km to the nearest town center with pharmacy and grocery store in Skjønhaug. 9 km to Askim with pubs, restaurants and water park, Østfoldbadet. Free parking along the road if available (often available). Bright and easy to maintain apartment in modern materials. Free city ferry 200 meters down the river. There is a possibility for more overnight guests, but then mattress etc. must be brought by yourself
