Cottage on a farm

The place is peacefully located on a farmyard. On the farm there are chickens, cats, rabbits, goats and a sheep. Fresh eggs are included in the rent. Agree with the farmer if you want to greet the animals. The house is located next to the main house where the landlord lives. It is therefore important that both take each other into account. Large lawn at your disposal. The place is rural, but with many attractive places to visit nearby. You must have a car. There is a difference in decor between summer and autumn/winter/spring. The cabin is idyllically located by beautiful Aspern in Haldenvassdraget with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. The cabin is 50 sqm and is newly renovated and upgraded 2021/22. Large terrace with good sun conditions and covered dining area. Two minutes to walk to the beach and jetty. Boat is included in the rent. There is a charger for electric car with payment solution. Nice nature experiences with a rich bird and wildlife in the area, both on land and on water. 30 min to Halden, 8 min to Aremark city center and 10 min to Nössemark in Sweden.

Idyllic place also suitable for families with children

The farm is located 40 min from Lillestrøm and about 50 min from Oslo. There is the possibility to borrow canoes and a small boat with outboard motor. In the courtyard there is a trampoline and plenty of room for play and activities (cubb and frisbee golf) as well as a fire pit. Behind the barn there is a football pitch and a small basketball court. It is about 2.5 km to the store and bus connection to Oslo. The place has a jetty, with a bathing ladder and barbecue area. Good opportunities for fishing in Øyeren (fresh water)

FARM HOLIDAY with us is a unique experience. Beautiful surroundings, tranquility and nature. We can offer activities on the farm, at a reasonable price. Alpaca walks, animal care in the morning and evening is something we can offer. There are swimming areas nearby, fishing areas, etc. There is access to stove, water, toilet, outhouse, fridge, grill, fire pan, rooms with billiards and darts. There are many activities offered in Rakkestad area. There is room for 2, but can add two more beds. It is then NOK 150 per extra bed.

Welcome to Bjerkelia, a cozy cabin with space for 4 people! It is possible to make up the living room (sofa bed). The cabin has a small kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (divided by curtains), outdoor shower (with hot water in summer), combustion toilet and cozy patio. If you're lucky, deer or moose will pass by! There are great hiking opportunities and an idyllic carp pond nearby. The cabin is located an hour's journey by public transport (boat and bus) from Aker Brygge (or 35 minutes by car). Welcome to Bjerkelia!

The accommodation also includes a terrace with evening sun and lawns. The host himself lives in the home and only rents out when they are on trips and vacations. The home is under renovation. The staircase and a little bit of small work remains.
