The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

Car charging is included in the rent, you must bring your own charging cable. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views

The house is located 40 meters from the sea and offers a stunning view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area, and some amazing sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive, and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbar that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is very little traffic passing by.

The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds. There is both an east-facing terrace with morning sun and a west-facing terrace with afternoon and evening sun. Quiet and family-friendly area with short walking distance to Festestranda with sandy beach, lawn and jetty. Great hiking opportunities in Carlbergskogen, Blomsterstien and Kyststien. Only 5 minutes to the center of Moss.

From here you can take the city ferry for free to the city center, the old town, the city center, Værste and Gressvik. If you want to go to Hvaler, this is not far by car or bus.
