How about resting at the Fortress, overlooking the city, close to everything you could need? Haldenhytta has a charm you discover as soon as you see the space at the top of the cobblestone hill. Here, the tour areas at Fortress meet the old downtown. The host lives here partly himself, so some private things will be there. It is possible to rent rooms for a more reasonable price, if guests want to stay here while the host is home. The house in the lush garden is located on the pilgrim trail. A small and charming house by the sea

A quiet and peaceful alternative where you are almost at the bottom of a dead end. 40 meters from the sea, with a view all the way to Vestfold. Covered terrace with heat lamp, gas grill and not least hot tub. Saltnes is known for its amazing sunsets, and here you get a grandstand to enjoy both from the hot tub, under the roof on the terrace or from the sofa well wrapped in a blanket. We also have the coastal trail not far away, which offers the opportunity for great trips in our beautiful village.

Det lille huset ligger med grei avstand til både tog, buss og fergeleiet ved Cicignon. Gå til Storgata på ca 25 minutter. Det er en flott lokasjon og fergen til Gamlebyen (fra Cicignon fergeleie) er kun 15 minutters gange unna. Fergen tar kun noen sekunder og går stort sett hvert 15.minutt. Her har du en egen hage og stor terrasse. Det er èn dobbeltseng, så kan man re opp sovesofaen i stuen og benytte madrasser. Kan være opptil seks personer på overnatting dersom man er fortrolige med hverandre.

From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Bright, ground-floor flat with a private kitchen, updated bathroom, and washing machine. Convenient 10-min walk to the city center, høgskolen, and forest trails. Nearest grocery store is a 2 minute walk. Bus connection to train/bus central is 2 min walk away. Our hillside location provides privacy and a lovely view. Equipped with fast Wi-Fi and a workspace, it's an ideal base for work and exploration. We have a 3 year old, so some stomping of feet might be heard from top floor.
