We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near the sea. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing place close to the sea, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended! ❤️

We have been here for 8 weeks, a "workation". Lovely to work without having a (social) agenda, which gives you all the time to yourself. The house is perfect, a lovely roof terrace for relaxing, restaurants and cafes within almost crawling distance. But the beach can also be reached in more than 10 minutes. The station is 5 minutes away, from there within 1.5 hours in the center of Valencia. Unfortunately, we also got to know "Dana", the most violent ever. with southern Valencia in the center. The house itself was perfectly fine. Finally, Gonzalo, the owner, rarely receive such quick responses for those few questions we've had. So the contact with him went quickly and completely well.

Margarita is a great person, very flexible despite my frequent changes of opinion has always been open and hassle-free❤️ The apartment is quiet very friendly neighbors. I stayed at Margarita's place for almost 3 months and everything was great :) Beautiful neighborhood, close to the beach, shops about 700 meters away. The apartment is very well located in Oropesa. Very comfortable to park and with elevator you can reach the beautifully decorated and clean apartment. Everything for everyday needs is available. Since our trip took place in October, the pool had unfortunately closed - in the high season certainly a great addition. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Beautiful fine sand, everything really clean here too. There was little activity in Oropesa, partly deserted. We therefore drove to the surrounding towns such as Benicassim or Castellón, which were also easily accessible from there. Roberto is a unique landlord, very friendly, committed and always responsive. He actually earned the title of Superhost.
