Excellent accommodation and host service. The cleaners A charm and the cleanliness of 10. The apartment is very cozy, quiet and with access to all services. An ideal for enjoying a few days and refreshing energy. The hostess's proposals about places and restaurants of 10. We would be glad to come back, we hope it is very soon.

The apartment was lovely, highly functional and located right in the centre of Potes. Short walking distance to all bars and restaurants. The offer of parking was great as the parking in the town was very busy. Jose was a great host, giving us good local recommendations and was also very helpful.

A modern, comfortable, and quiet apartment in a very well-designed and full-featured complex. There's really nothing to fault in Marcelo's apartment, and Marcelo was a perfect host. Everything is comfortable and exactly as pictured. The apartment maintenance and the overall building maintenance is impecable. I would say that this apartment, in particular, is one of the best in the entire building because the view from the porch at the back of the complex is straight into the Forest of Zoreda - a solid wall of swaying trees. There is absolutely no noise beyond the forest critters. The pool was excellent and uncrowded, as was the gym. You can take some nice walks exploring the aforementioned forest, but there is little else to find in the locale. There is one local sidrería/restaurant, and you'll drive for most everything else. So if you need to be near Oviedo, but don't really want to be right in the middle of it, it's perfect. This apartment was our home base for a week of epic road cycling in the area, and for that it was great. I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect weekend stay; seeing the sea while you have breakfast is a plus, the apartment is very cozy.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean and new. It's easy to park nearby and one garage space is included. Both bathrooms were also very well equipped. The pool and paddle court are very close, just across the street. The area is also great for spending a few days and getting to know Asturias, with the highway very close by. We really enjoyed the stay, we would be happy to repeat!

This was a spacious apartment with parking very close by. The host provided thorough instructions. The kids loved the park and enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area!

We were very happy on the floor despite the short stay, as it is very welcoming and comfortable. We value the garage square just a few meters from the house. Beds are very comfortable - we rested very well. It is very well located on a pedestrian street without any noise next to the Auditorium and a five minute walk from the City Hall. We will definitely repeat when we come back to Asturias which is a beautiful land!

Natalia showed flexibility and communication at all times, always pending. The apartment is even better than in its photos, adapted with all kinds of details throughout the apartment, very pleasant, spacious, clean environment... Without a doubt, if I have to stay in the area I will not hesitate to contact her again. Good location, being a central area it is blue area, but you find parking. A pleasure to meet Natalia and be able to have enjoyed your apartment. Totally recommendable.

Easter stay. Highly recommended place to stay Fully equipped. Super clean. We already liked the photos, but it's even better in person. Very quiet area and a short walk from downtown (15 min.) with plenty of parking, both inside the development and on the street. Supermercado and restaurants nearby. We can only thank the host Natalia for everything. Attentive to everything, thoughtful and very kind. She gave us a lot of useful info, both before and upon arrival. Host and a top accommodation.

Very comfortable and very friendly at all times

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Borja and Rebeca unbeatable in their kindness and interest in facilitating the information and being aware of what we could need. The house has a beautiful view and is very close to spectacular beaches. The house has all the necessary users, nothing is missing in the kitchen and they have the detail of leaving you fresh water, beers and other basic elements that are appreciated when you have just arrived on the trip. A great experience to spend some wonderful days as a family.

We have had a very nice time. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature and the river of the shield, accompanying its sound. By car in 15 minutes you were on Gerra beach. Even though the weather has not accompanied us through the rain there is always things to do. Marta the host had everything ready. Recommended, without a doubt.

Belen is really kind and the room is just perfect. Location in front of a surf spot and walking distance from the city center. You can see the sea from the terrace and you hear birds when you wake up. Definitely recommend and I'll be back. <3

Helena is a simple and super attentive person, very hospitable and concerned that we have the best experience of the place. Pandel de Berruga is a beautiful place that must be cared for and protected, and Helena does so and raises awareness so that visitors do too. The house is beautiful, the views from the balcony and windows are dreamy ❤️ Hiking around is a must-do adventure 😍 Thank you Helena
